+ Szmodics was a pleasure to watch from a footballing pov, and he didn't dive
+ Burger tried to go forwards, there's a player in there
+ Can't help but like Gooch

The fetishising of clean sheets can go fuck itself. If you never score yourself then this happens eventually. We’ll never get anywhere with that mentality. I simply can’t get excited about a team that fails to score so regularly. Strangely this is why I wasn’t keen on AN’s appointment, he’s just not a name I associate with free scoring football. He seems to be doing a TP and focusing far too keenly on not conceding rather than how he can get his team scoring goals then become as resilient as possible without taking away from that. Teams that don’t score generally do fuk all. |

It's like the other guy said: I've seen this game a dozen times this season. Why does it keep happening? Why Bae and Johnson together? Why Gayle at all? Why no plan for an obvious smash and grab job? Cack/10. He never seems to learn from his previous mistakes. I’m not sure what he does in training but I think he’s got mixed up between rugby and football as all the players want to do is pass sideways and back. That was thoroughly depressing. I’m not sure they’re bad players but they’re certainly badly coached and the tactics are all wrong. |

Armstrong, BBD and this lad. Surprised that this lad was only sold for a million by Peterborough (another team that always seem to unearth gems). If Blackburn could learn to sell at the right time, they’d be in the Prem by now. |

Blackburn players ran and ran, finding space to receive the ball, and deserved to win. Neil has 1 match left IMO. |

He made one mistake. The game was over from the 4th minute. Blackburn never looked threatened. Rose and McNally were run ragged. The pitch looked too big for us. Bonham screwed up for the second but the game was lost by the rest of them (and the manager) today. |
