If the manager keeps side lining this lad then that's a deal breaker for me, just bin him off.
The likes of Tchamadeu, Bae, Mmaee and Vidigal are the future of this club and it's improvement. Play them, give them a decent run of games to form partnerships on the pitch and flourish. I am not interested in developing Hoever in the interests of Wolverhampton Wanderers, I'm interested in this lad becoming the best full back in this league and potentially earning us a big fat transfer fee in the future..........

In the games he played in for us you could see he is really strong and his defensive positioning was fantastic.
When he was dragged over to left back he always tucked in just enough so the ball couldn't be played through inside him and the pass to the winger would have to go outside for him to then close down. I don't care that he only just came from League 2, he's clearly a damn good player and to be overlooked for the who's who of shit we currently have at full back is criminal.
I assumed he had to have a knock of something after coming back from Cameroon's games but he wasn't playing beofre either, despite being our best defensive player in all of his appreances so far.
Neil has to go.

Junior certainly isn't injured. can understand why he wasn't included at the weekend coming back from his international trip see absolutely no reason he wasn't at least on the bench on Tuesday ANs probaly angry that he went to the international games.

If that's the case then AN needs to fuck off and do one. We could do with the problem of juggling international absences again, instead of juggling our weekly tallest dwarf competition.

ANs probaly angry that he went to the international games. Why? That makes no sense I want AN out but that's just daft Missing a player that could have been needed if Hoever or Gooch were injured to a meaningsless friendly? And possibly missing him for a month of African Nations Cup later on? I'd be mildly irritated if I was playing FM...

We need to use our better players! The QPR game was a step in the right direction until Hoever was brought on, but still he left Gayle out which resulted in goals for us!

He's 3' even if he's aggressive. So I think Junior should get the chance, I have no idea what he's done wrong to be benced for months. I was half-joking, but we've always had managers who had their favorites even if they played poorly, and used any excuse to not use alternatives. Even Pulis.

Criminally underused. Too good to be a sub. More suitable to this division than Hoever.
I suspect most of us can see it, but perhaps we're all wrong......

Depends when he actually came back from international duty if he flew in on Monday as i saw someone on Twitter mentioned, then he'd possibly be jet lagged and hadn't prepped or trained with the team, and therefore completely understandable if he'd not been even on the bench. I think he is the future and he is clearly good enough, I also believe he will get more game time very soon

Deadline day signing Junior Tchamadeu is also likely to return to the squad after being left in the stands in the last couple of weeks.
Neil said: “Junior's fine. We've had three full-backs with Ki-Jana, Enda on the other side and Goochy who can cover off both, we’ve got Jordan Thompson and Josh Laurent and we want to have options at the top end of the pitch.
“You pick your starting XI to try to win the game and then you pick your bench to make sure you fill all the slots that are necessary throughout the team. You wouldn’t necessarily have two full-backs on the bench because you might need other areas to cover.”

If he does not play him after the last two defensive debacles, he has really lost the plot. He is our future whatever is up with the man. Give Sidibe some time as well. Get a grip Alex!

How can the manager witness this lads performances to date and not want him in his matchday squad? Absolutely baffling............

After Tuesday's debacle if Hoever is anywhere near the bench let alone the starting 11 the manager has lost it completely.

I can see why Sidibe isn't in the first 11 yet, but what a player he will be! Junior on the other hand is our best full back, but he still isn't given game time! Instead Neil prefers Hoever who costs us game after game! That he can't see who is the better defender, and especially now with Campbell back on the wing as well, is beyond my understanding!

Although he preferred Gooch vs. QPR so that says something unless Junior got back from Cameroon late monday evening.

The only way Hoever should get on the pitch is from the bench in an attacking right sided midfield role as he can get forward with pace and whip decent crosses in. But he needs a proper defensive RB behind him as he leaves far too much space in behind.
