Good interview that. Open and honest and nice to be told about all that stuff. Will be interesting to see how the away allocation thing goes. Can see people getting pissed off if we give teams the bigger allocation. But it makes sense to make more money if we can’t sell the area to home fans. Crazy about the home kit! Don't see why people will be getting pissed off, they have now done the configuration of the stadium so space can be utilised for home or away support as he said if stoke fans fill it it's ours if we don't as I suspect will be the case unless we have a mega season then their can be more away support, no problems with that from me who do you think will bring more if they can? Wba Derby Leeds Cov? Sunderland Poss Portsmouth You can see why they have done it utilised more of the stadium. Add Sheffield Utd from teams relegated from Premier League. A few teams averaged 2000+ on away travel inc Sheffield Wednesday, Coventry and Plymouth last season. footballgroundguide.com/news/championship-biggest-away.html

Walked through the fan zone at the cricket yesterday. Couldn’t see the point of it but other people were spending shit loads of money. Sack that I was spending shit loads of money 2 pints £12.20. That’s nearly 7 pints in Spoons on a Wednesday and Spoons beer is miles better too.

I really don’t think people go there for a session on the ale but it’s good for people to have a focal point at the game. It’s a good thing and hopefully it’s successful enough to get another one done at the opposite end of the ground

One bloke made a stack of the empty cardboard cups they serve it in it was well over 20ft high. Needless to say the cricket wasn’t the best. He was making the stack loads of people were helping him and hundreds maybe thousands were watching him.

People spend shit loads on the concourses anyway before and at half time.. hopefully there will be a better choice and better beer as Mr King has intimated.

Never bought a single thing at the Brit/bet365 not even been to the bogs for about 10 years. I doubt I ever bought anything at the Vic either, my old fella might have bought me the odd thing when I was a kid.

Plenty will dig deep enough it’s only about 5% of the stadium capacity, it’ll be full enough every week

Let’s hope it gets used regularly by those on here who were forever castigating the club for not having one They are so last season.

Did about 3 or 4 seasons in the South stand after withholding in protest over the capped wonder. Never went in there. Been back in what I call the Sentinel stand since then and not made a visit there either. Straight in about 5 mins before kick off sit/stand in my seat until the final whistle then straight back out. Always bostin for a piss when I get home🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

I wonder what allocation Coventry will get? They say they will gauge it on home ticket demand but the game is only two weeks away and the tickets haven’t gone on general sale yet have they?

Purely my own opinion with no facts to back it up but I'd imagine we'll give them the full allocation. First game of the season, Midlands derby, if the fixture was the other way around we'd be demanding the full allocation off them.
