NATS have confirmed that UK airspace isn't closed, but flow restrictions are in place. Maybe priority will be given to long-haul flights already in the air, especially those with VIPs on board... This. I've just heard on BBC that UK airspace isn't closed. It's a technical/ It problem so they are having to do airtraffic control manually. This means they can't cope with the normal volume. Incoming long haul flights are being prioritised. He should get here OK but maybe delayed a little. |

At least he's on a scheduled flight and not on some private 2 seater arranged by his agent! Certainly not a transfer that's gone under the radar and announced out of the blue here We know everything apart from his seat number on the plane. Looking forward to seeing him play. Hope it works out, he seems seriously excited by the move. 4C |

My Grandfather said to me: "You watch this man. You will never see his like again!" One day the Magic will return, although we have got close a few times, such as with Hoekstra and Bojan. Don't forget John Mahoney adding the bite to the midfield. Possibly the best midfield in the country at the time. Hudson is still the best player I've seen live. John Mahoney ..... My ALL TIME favourite player! The Bloke who mopped up and did all the Dirty work which allowed the likes of Hudson/Salmons/Greenhoff etc to play in the manner in which they did. Unsung hero |

That may be the flashy new Heathrow International Terminal 5 and this is Stoke Station but style is for ever   I almost became gay at 13 because of this man. Even though I didn’t know what gay was then😉 PS I had an Adidas bag just like that as well. Ha! You can't put in to words how cool Huddy was! I just wanted to be him! |

I just wanted to be him! Two of the best wonderful moments football wise. Watching Matthews on his return to Stoke skinning a left back 25 years younger than him for pace and Hudson at the baseball ground gliding over the glutinous mud as if on a hover board whilst everyone else was literally stuck in the mud. ...and yes such a cool customer he was. |
