In a team with competent players around him he will thrive, he isn't going to get that here unfortunately

Bit of an off day in possession but that’s to be expected. Still one of our assets

The lads pulling the strings you bunch of crack heads Cotton strings? Honestly was poor today amongst a lot of poor performances. Fridays team played 100x better for comparison. I have no idea why, Friday was supposed to be the reserves.... But then they perform way better than today's open selection. Today was shit.

Thought he was excellent second half. Haks got into some good positions but has zero end result.

That includes our resident south Korean. He was far from effective today. 0 shots. 0 created chances. In spells he did well, as did the rest of the team, then 3 minutes later they disappeared again. 0 control of the ball and 0 control on midfield. The fact that we were very very poor in the final third should show that he had a poor game.

We expect a hell of a lot off him rightly or wrongly, he will have his off days but one thing he will never do is hide or not work hard…I love watching him…even when he’s not at his best🔴⚪️

I thought he was our best player today. had a cracking second half He was our best player in the 1st 15 minutes maybe. But kicked and fouled out of the game. Needs a summer in the gym to strengthen up, getting pushed off ball to easily..

I guess if he’s solely responsible for us being poor in the final third then it demonstrates how important he is to the team. When he does have an off day the impact it has on others means we need to do more to help him and build the team around him. His involvement can win us games, support him and the results will follow. Like his excellent assist on Friday - think he didn’t make a stray pass then either on his fantastic cameo. (Hell of a player)

We need players who aren't so great but are consistently performing at 6/10, with the odd 7 or 8/10 to push us on. Only time will tell what the hell we are occasioning regarding recruitment. The team at present is so insistent and imbalanced, I'm just scared Ennis and Haks are the future the manager sees....(And million who the verdict is still out but he can't get in the team)...see Cundle.

I think if the others could get up to his speed we’d see more. Take that late break, Laurent held onto the ball when Jun-Ho wanted it. He finally does get it and straight away gets it into Haks before continuing his run into the box and creating space for Laurent on the edge of the box. Haks hits a poor shot. If he gets the ball sooner he’s got more time and space to do something, maybe use Mmaee outside or bring their full back to him to create more space. If he’s selfish and doesn’t push into the box then Laurent doesn’t get the space. Ultimately poor finishing and poor decision making turns a good opportunity into a poor one. This is where we’re at. Better players around him (or even better understanding) and we’ll see more from him.

Problem was Ennis doesn't merit marking so Bae had about 7 on him at all times first half

He’s a good footballer but has little end product. First half left hand side, he got in, simple ball back for a tap in. He produced a dreadful pass.
I get he’s great to watch but he simply has to improve his decision making and final ball
