As he scored 4 goals in the Qatar World Cup finals, will this be a record for any Stoke player if he signs for us? Hurst got 3 in the final in 1966 - how many did he get in the rest of the final tournament?

Would have probably called him Ricky Maybe?

He played half a season in Denmark 4 or 5 years ago. Can’t say I noticed him - but he might have improved

watched a few minutes of his highlights before on youtube
and i know its a bad thing to do as anybody can be made to look good on an edited highlight reel
but he looks to be a tricky player with a turn of pace if a little heavy first touch, his style of movement to my uneducated eye reminds me a little of Fuller although he isnt as strong
he would be an interesting signing without a doubt, he does 18 months of good work with us and he could be looking a pricey move up the leagues maybe

Do we think this is our new centre forward, or a Campbell replacement? If we are looking for more of a hold-up, target type too, the Campbell sale radar is definitely tingling. Vidi, Chiqi and Brown can play wide, can't they? In terms of the 4-3-3, don't know whether the plan would be for Mmaee to lead the line with the 2 Portuguese lads either side though - or how often we'd go with the target man? Are we expecting this bloke to cost £2-3m? We've tried without a target man for years now and it screwed us so many times. |
