Thought he was good.
Gave the ball away a few times but his reaction was to try and win it straight back, made a couple of cracking tackles. Very promising and looks to have a bright future ahead of him.

Seems as strong as an ox and got some skill as well, and still only a kid , will be some player.

Who’d have thought he’d be good eh? Was obviously very excited with this signing, he’ll be some player. He's a bit raw but it's a big jump in standard but you can see he's got very big potential, Great to see a bit more much needed physicality in there too

I have it on good authority that this lad's name will be the first on the team sheet; just as soon as Alex Neil can spell it..!
😁
Until then though, let's all call him by his cowboy name; "The Colchester Kid." 🤠

The lad's a beast and going to get even beastier Reminds me of a young Michah Richards, all the right attributes to go to the top level Really impressed, great young signing

Haha forget that we need two of him for full back, one for the other side aswell Two of the signings with an eye on the future played a major role in that win. If that’s not positive I don’t know what is. There are a number of players in the squad with a lot of experience at an awfully good age. IMO the future looks bright if we stick to this path and ignore the cries for old heads.

I'd have done same with a keeper aswell and gone for Begovic but seeing as we got Travers that's good. It's good we have some promising young lads for a change though, best is we don't or shouldn't have to pile the expectation on them but gradually bring them in

No problem with an experienced CB if they’ve still got their legs but that’s pretty unrealistic otherwise they just end up dictating how you can play.

He made the difference because he always seemed to be looking forward. His long diagonal ball for the first goal was superb.
Hoever redeemed himself after his howler for their second goal, but it was all down to JT's positivity.

People keep going on about a Taggart but they just keep taking the dollar nowadays until they get released when they’ve gone. We’d be well advised to try to unearth a hidden gem. No fees or more than 1 year contracts if no fee for past it old men.

Looks a top player. How can you see that in training and not have been playing him from day one? He could play anywhere across the back

Quality player.
He has to start, as does Bae.
Complete no brainers, but then again our manager does have no brain so there is that.

This lad is quality and we’ll get back 10 times at least what we paid for him when we sell him.
