Does this mean no Cundle? No worries as long as this guy’s as good or better. Seems to be an attacking mid? Not necessarily. I'd have probably preferred Cundle but only because I've seen him fit into our team. Could prove to be better.

Fraser using the word coming rather than going.
The man‘s either a Stoke fan or he’s freudian slipped his obsession with this forum.

This is looking like shaping up to be our youngest ever squad! I don’t know and haven’t checked but can’t imagine we’ve ever had more players 25 or under, even 21 and under.
Who is over 30? Gibson, Steven’s… who else?

Blackburn fans don’t seem too arsed.
Supposedly did ok for them pre Xmas but went missing for the last 5 months of the season.

www.theargus.co.uk/sport/23942205.good-andrew-moran-brighton-under-18s/“He is unbelievable. He is the best player I’ve worked with. “I said to the other coaches who used to shout at the players, ‘When he gets the ball, don’t tell him anything’ . “I did that because I knew he could pick passes no one else could see or he could just put one in the top corner.” "He can play 10, 9, 7, 11. He just gets on the ball and just glides with it. His best attribute is he sees passes nobody else sees. James Baxter, who was our in possession coach, used to say, 'Pass, pass, switch it, do this, do that,' but he got to a point after about two months when he didn't tell him to do anything as he will see something that you don't. "He will be running with it and an easy pass will be there but he will do that threaded ball and then go on to score. He's just got that unbelievable awareness and vision." www.thesun.ie/sport/football/8884328/ireland-ace-next-phil-foden-andrew-moran-evan-ferguson/“Andy Moran and Evan Ferguson are probably the best I have worked with." “These two could be world-class. Andy Moran is just a joy to watch. He brings a smile to your face when you watch him train every day, he’s a great kid. He’s not had many opportunities [in the first team] this year but hopefully in the next couple of years he gets that opportunity."

Sounds exciting and I’m sure that being at Blackburn last season would have helped him as it was his first full season. Still hope we go for Cundle too. I’d imagine this will mean an exit.

Blackburn season ticket holder says he started great then went downhill after being moved into a midfield 2. He reckons he seemed to be overplayed, lacked the fitness for whole champ season there and his confidence went; their fans didn’t get his drop in performance level, as “there’s a player there”. Thinks he’ll look better in a midfield 3.
Hopefully we’ll see a second loan improvement: playing advanced in a 3 will help and that he’s more prepared for the demands of a championship season 🤞

Seems to be a disconnect between how rated he is with how he played at Blackburn That's the same with Clarke, Bidace and Delap I suppose. Highly rated within the game and have pushed on since they left us but our fan base as a whole weren't giving them glowing reviews. Hopefully this is the year Moran pushes on.

Sounds like classic first-time loan symptoms. He went from u21 football straight into a full season of a Championship relegation battle. Hopefully, we’ll benefit from that experience as others have done with Clarke, Philogene etc
