The home kit has red and white stripes with a thin black line in the centre of each white stripe Nooooo.... Wide stripes. Grandad collar White shorts Red socks with white top. Bit of black trim here and there. Old school badge. Jobs a good un. |

Be interesting which players are used to model the new kit, usually an indication as to who might figure prominently in the coming season. Wonder if Campbell, Tymon & Baker will be prominent?.

We’ve had black pinstripes on our kit more recently than most remember. Our 15/16 New Balance shirt had pinstripes (albeit feint) running down each red stripe)

the Ricoh kit of 81-83 is a masterpiece. Bit early for me so didnt see it first hand, Umbro badges running down the sleeves? Sort of built in? was my first ever Stoke kit, I was 7 years old and had it for Xmas, no idea what happened to it. I also had the pin striped horror show of a few years later, my grandma washed it on too high temperature and the white went pink, so somehow it got even worse, pink with red pin stripes......but I still wore it as you do when your about 10 |

I hope we get red back on the stripes.
That limp wristed pink/orange colour we had this year was an unmitigated disaster.
Completely rinsed any colour out of your face and it didn't look like Stoke at all.

Attachment DeletedThis kit launch went well aswell. Aside from the Liverpool last match victory, 2 of these 3 never wore the shirt again for the season of this kit release ! Remember Villa had Grealish all over their new kit release one summer & my bro who is a Villa fan tried convincing me he was rejecting Man City and staying at Villa as a result of his smiley face sat in the stands proudly showing off the new kit. I charity bet him that he was off to Man City still, a week or so later I won said bet & he lost. He quickly realised that players part of the kit launch means absolutely nothing.
