Now, can that linesman be paid extra to provide training to the others?
Good on him. 1) For taking on a thankless job and 2) For actually DOING it properly.
Just wish this feedback could get back to him in some way.

Fair play to the linesmen. It’s a great call. Would've been so easy for him to guess or just flag because Ty was so far clear on his own. If only more linesmen were as accurate as this. |

It’s an absolutely brilliant decision from the linesman. The distance between Hoever and Campbell makes it a really tough call. Add the fact that he ends up 15 yards away from their nearest defenders.
You wouldn’t blame him for putting his flag up, but when you look at it on the replays it really is top work from him. As he likely got a load of abuse too as it really did look offside when watching live.

Forget the offside. What a finish. Ran from the halfway line, all that time to think about it and slotted it calmly in the bottom corner.
Not many strikers at this level would have that composure.

I don't think he was actually fully in our half, looks like at least his knee/leg are over the line. Played on by the Cov defender though. |

It was Brown. He was never on for the pass though, their defender did well to try and get back. However, he did do well to reach Campbell. It was definitely Laurent Lol. My bad. Eyes saw what they wanted to see at the time it seems |
