His jobs seem different, NI is just a small pond. Man City and Chelsea are all about top-level talent. Stoke need scouts who can find players in the lower leagues at home and abroad with desire and the potential to improve as well as a few kiddies who cant hack it in the prem but might have what it takes for us . If we employ a few people with that experience recruitment might improve a bit .
