Is having the ball and more possession really playing better? I prefer the Blackpool way.. Winning Well we've done that more often than them 😊😊

Thinking we played well on Saturday is exactly what's wrong with this club. We were fucking shit, we failed to score against a terrible blackpool side. It's not down to luck, it's down to shit finishing by shit players. Considering we played so well, we only created 2 clear opportunities. That is not good enough. 2 clear opportunities? Gayle, Smallbone, Laurent, Campbell. Is that 2? Ok 4 but that should be the bare minimum we create, not proof we've played well.

I can understand if we went there a lost 3 nil had no shots on target but we dominated the game their goal was lucky as it gets we had chances but didn’t take them which is football. Abusing the players with the position we are in is a dangerous game considering their contracts are up an they will be gone some fans gotta give there heads a wobble for fuck sake Agree with above but it would be nice, just once to come away with a good result after we have been outplayed all game. Happens very rarely,if ever.

In years gone by we would have created 10 plus good chances a game.
In those apparently boring Pulis ball days at home we would have more chances in one game than the current team creates in 6 matches.
I don't think the Blackpool performance was the worst I've seen this year, but to not beat a team as bad as that is a crime. That was the first time we have lost in the league at that ground since 1964. We should be beating them, we should be creating more chances than 4 against them and we should be at least scoring a goal.
The abuse the players received is based on more than just their latest shite performance. They are lucky that many fans still turn up to watch them after how abysmal they have been. The ability has been there all along. Its their attitude that stops them from applying it regularly.
I'm not saying abuse is ok but if I'm wank at something or I'm not up to standard then I like to be told. If I was performing as badly at my job as they do at theirs I would be unemployed by now and unable to pay my bills. At this time I don't feel that as professionals they deserve a place at a club of this level of history and profile. They are performing like they belong in league two yet they present themselves to me as though they are doing me a favour.
I can fully understand why this next point would be hard for many people to relate to - but I feel like their performances insult me sometimes. They prance about on social media as though we are top of the league yet arguably 8 out of 10 games they appear completely uncommitted. Then they have a couple of good games just to remind us that they can do it before reverted back to not appearing bothered at all. I haven't resorted to abusing individual players but I fully understand why they are getting it and I have little sympathy for them.

Turning your back on a shot isn’t unlucky Agreed should never turn back but he did and it was unfortunate then that it wrong footed our keeper and flew into our net, that ok!? Not for me no. You turn your back, you make yourself smaller and increase the likelihood of a deflection that ends up in the net. That isn’t unlucky. It’s shit!

Yes of course it’s not acceptable especially from a professional but it happened so was bloody lucky for them and not for us! Still doesn’t warrant the reaction of quite a few at the end, I’m as frustrated as anyone, been following Stoke since 1966 and I’ve seen many bad performances but would never resort to abusing our players on any level which was the point of my original post

Personal abuse is wrong. By all means boo the team off for a poor performance but I can’t agree with the personal stuff

We took 3500 fans to a match...everyone wants a win against a very poor Blackpool side. We're all excited cause its a fantastic following...loads of drinks flowing...no agro with the locals or old bill...then we kick off and lose!!! Should we be pissed off??? You bet your bottom dollar we should. Any abuse was from people who had travelled..paid for tickets..paid for travel. If they want to complain fill your boots...its the keyboard wankers who cant be arsed to even leave their bedrooms and slag off travelling fans who piss me right off!!! I was there Rambo & it was a small minority of “fans” making gestures, now the Blackpool support was tremendous obviously made better by getting the goal, whatever your reasoning it serves no purpose going forward to slag off your own players at close quarters, not helpful imo at all.

When had they last won in the league before last weekend? October was it?
It's not good enough. Heading only one way I'm afraid.
A very, very poor set of footballers.

Whatever was said seems to have got a reaction from Josh.
He clearly does care.
Get a hat trick!

He's so powerful.
Its great to see him fired up, when he's like this, he can dominate opposition players.
