No I'm not Jesus wept. Who is communicating with us now, is this you the author or is it Bayern ? It’s the eternal battle between one mans sanity and the world of insanity created by a subconscious mythical creature, for ones Mr Hyde you have to replace it with Bayern, a man who cannot separate fact from reality. Erm....ok. You're taking a nothing reply far too seriously.

...So back onto the topic, do we have any more information on this match or injuries sustained as rumoured ? Powell punched a wall after being asked to play on the left of a front three, he'll be fine for Cork as long as the ref lets him play in his cast. Fox pulled his hamstring unscrewing the top off his Gatorade and is out indefinitely. Frank Fielding broke a hip navigating the steps into Elland Road.

I see the virus is affecting this thread like every other🙄 Indeed people who get so angry at something one person is saying. It's very strange. You all need to a long hard look at yourselves.

I'll try again. How is posting thousands of messages - none of which change anything regarding what happens with our football club - not 'passive?' It's not ambitious or active to moan on social media. It is. Social media is massive. Dark ages thinking. Not at all. I use it and I like it for lots of reasons. But I don't see how your messages are influential or significant in terms of all things SCFC? It's just opinions, no more. Equally, people not constantly moaning online about the club are not more passive or more unambitious than you. It's a passive way to be but that's fine if that's all you need want.

All the evidence of how bad it is there but they don't want to see it. Very much the same thing has gone on here for the last 6 years.

I know we're wank, I just don't feel the need to bang on about it 50 times a day. Nothing I say will make an impact at this club and getting upset about it is just pointless, I've long realised that now and I've felt a lot better since that happened.

You might agree with Bayern you might not ( I very often don’t ) and at times he doesn’t help himself by going on and on trying to reinforce a point but he never gets personal with anybody
The way many on here go after him is akin to online bullying and the worrying thing is they can’t see it
That’s my take anyway

When's the travelling party for Cork announced? If the comms around the 3 friendlies at the weekend is to go by, we'll get told next year.

If the fans can't make an impact then who can? Clubs seem to act pretty quickly when fans get vocal about the manager for example. Wonder why?

Ha!...I find it frustrating that the club do seem to have a bit of a blind spot around reporting on friendlies and u23, u18s, etc, stuff that the fans would actually be really interested in especially when nothing else is happening. did you get any follow up intel re:Powell injury or anything Bayern?

Especially when every game was within about a 15 mile radius of Stoke! Not asked. I presume it will either come out in the wash or is bollocks.

Agreed but that's in the ground and in person not online. The vibe in the stadium matters much more (Rowett took some proper bashings vs Bolton away/ Bristol City home) and it doesn't always reflect the mood online. If MON is shifted based on supporter views, the online stuff won't be the deciding factor.

Rowett in reality commited football manager suicide and attacked the fans directly. That's what did for him.

I can't really think of a time since the internet has played a prominent role in fandom that the mood online and the mood at the games has diverged particularly?

In recent years I've seen lots of anger online and lots of apathy in the ground. People seem to vent before and after the 90 mins more than during the match these days. Unless it gets really bad out there of course!

Does sound very worrying mate. And for the sake of discussion if it devastatingly proves to be so re: Powell, What does the club do now whilst still in transfer window to address losing such a pivotal player?

I and others do listen to what he’s says but if he rattles on I just move on. I must admit I do agreed with about 80% of what he’s says and come on guys life’s too short

These people make me laugh. “I don’t want to say what anything is because I actually have no idea, but it’s bad”. If it isn’t, they plead ignorance. Lack of specifics is always a good sign of a sad twat desperate for attention.

I dunno, I'd imagine he'd rather not say anything more specific until he'd had it corroborated, which i think on balance is better than relating exactly what he's been told, to then find out that it was in fact not so, and then be called out for attention seeking anyway.

I've been told what it allegedly is (ACL) and was told that about an hour ago but didn't post it because well, I bet the club don't know what is actually up with it and the extent so what's the point? Would he even had a scan yet? Etc etc etc.
