With his trial for domestic violence scheduled to begin in August.
I must admit I didn't realise he was Wales manager but still, this will be big news for anyone west of Offa's Dyke.

It was beginning to look a farce given the success Rob Page has had.

Was he on gardening leave and still taking a wage?
If so the Welsh FA have paid his legal fees indirectly

At this moment he has only been found guilty by the people's court, i.e. the tabloid readership and the oatcake ditto and similar. If eventually acquitted, there's no reason he should not hold down another footballing job.

Too true. He remains innocent as well. If he's found guilt he may as well wave goodbye to a future in football

If he's found guilt he may as well wave goodbye to a future in football If he is found guilty then he may as well wave goodbye to any job, although with the riches he's earned, and provided he hasn't thrown it all away, he may not need another job ever. But let's still wait and see what happens.

If he's found guilt he may as well wave goodbye to a future in football If he expresses unequivocal contrition and remorse for what he did, that will keep the women's rights pan bashers happy and some club at the arse end of the Championship might take him on. I just don't think he'll make a very good manager. He has the gravitas of a lumpy mattress.

I see Sir Alex Ferguson has gone out to bat for Giggs in the court room today.
Not sure what to make of this one but one thing is for certain, Giggs is what we would have called a 'cock happy' fella, it seems he is Cheshire's top shagger, I'm surprised his knob hasn't fallen off!

'Which makes me as hard as a totem pole' might go down in poetry history as the greatest line ever conceived by man How does any QC, whether defence or prosecution, read that out in court and keep a straight face?! They are like lyrics from a particularly cheesy Peter Andre song. Whatever the outcome, this case has been a massively humiliating experience for Giggs. Completely finished as a manager for sure, and even women would laugh him out of the club if he tried to go all casanova.

Obviously nobody knows what goes on behind closed doors.
But sharing this sort of personal and intimate information is so tacky.
If there's evidence that he has committed a crime against her then fine let's hear it. But why is it necessary for anyone to hear about things he has written to his own Mrs.
I feel like a sad that for even reading it.

It's likely the admission that he "keeps tabs" on her that the court are interested in or questioning him over.
