With his trial for domestic violence scheduled to begin in August.
I must admit I didn't realise he was Wales manager but still, this will be big news for anyone west of Offa's Dyke.

It was beginning to look a farce given the success Rob Page has had.

Was he on gardening leave and still taking a wage?
If so the Welsh FA have paid his legal fees indirectly

At this moment he has only been found guilty by the people's court, i.e. the tabloid readership and the oatcake ditto and similar. If eventually acquitted, there's no reason he should not hold down another footballing job.

Too true. He remains innocent as well. If he's found guilt he may as well wave goodbye to a future in football

I'd forgotten he'd (allegedly) had an affair with his brother's wife

If he's found guilt he may as well wave goodbye to a future in football If he is found guilty then he may as well wave goodbye to any job, although with the riches he's earned, and provided he hasn't thrown it all away, he may not need another job ever. But let's still wait and see what happens.

If he's found guilt he may as well wave goodbye to a future in football If he expresses unequivocal contrition and remorse for what he did, that will keep the women's rights pan bashers happy and some club at the arse end of the Championship might take him on. I just don't think he'll make a very good manager. He has the gravitas of a lumpy mattress.
