I must admit I didn't realise he was Wales manager but still, this will be big news for anyone west of Offa's Dyke.

Was he on gardening leave and still taking a wage?
If so the Welsh FA have paid his legal fees indirectly

At this moment he has only been found guilty by the people's court, i.e. the tabloid readership and the oatcake ditto and similar. If eventually acquitted, there's no reason he should not hold down another footballing job.

I just don't think he'll make a very good manager. He has the gravitas of a lumpy mattress. |
