The drummer for Yes - ‘70s pro rock band for all you youngsters out there. Bloody hell what a day - Liotta, Fletch from Depeche Mode and now this. RIP all. Hell of a band up there.

Seen Yes a few times when Alan white took over from Bill Bruford. Bit of a shock this,great drummer in a very talented band. Shows we are all getting older

SCFC connection here as Alan White was in the Yes line up that played the weather curtailed concert at the Victoria Ground in 1975.

Expect to see a lot more of this over the next few years. All these legends who will never be surpassed are well into their late 70s now. Alongside the late great Chris Squire one of the best rhythm sections in rock music. RIP Alan and thanks for the music.
