2 from me, started off well but faded faster than an autumn sunset in Alaska. Never seemed to know his best 11 or what formation to play, signed some crap (plenty of crap) and his subs were always late or baffling, didn't know how to set the team up to hold onto a lead and see a game out and our home form after we beat WBA was abysmal, the football on offer was quite often dire and the team often looked devoid of motivation and ideas, the 5 at the back soon got found out and he didn't seem know how to change things, swapped and changed the starting line up almost every match and continued to put faith in the likes of Chester and Fletcher. A season that started with so much hope but faded so badly most couldn't wait for it to be over - it's the hope that destroys you Gouranga.

3, started okay, went for it in Jan with some expensive signings and made a pigs ear of it as well as being awful to watch.

A 1 and a 3.
O'Neill has a split-personality, so I rated both:
One for his home-match approach. (I mean, WTF?) 3 for his away-match approach.

5. It was an average season.
We spent a very decent portion of it in the playoffs and then fell to pieces. We had a little resurgence at the end.
Must do better.

5. Just a neither here or there season. Crap home form without any idea how to change or improve it. Persistence with playing formations we don't have the players for. Frequent late and downright wierd substitutions. Overcautous and defensive play. Thinking that Chester was capable of doing a job in defence. I could probably go on but you get the drift.....

Disappointing.
We should have finished in the top 10 at least with the players we have.

4.
Would have been 7 at the half way point with us firmly in the mix for the top six and some encouraging performances.
It’s been a complete shit show since January though, the manger was well backed in the January window but managed to make us worse despite being allowed to sign half a new side.

1-2 at best, any other manager would and should have been sacked, nothing remotely to look forward to next season with this bloke in charge.

5 based on 4 for team performance and 10 for financial management...team performance is by far the most important but the clear out might be the catalyst for a much better 22/23 season

I'll give him a 4.
If this trend continues he has to go by the first international break at the latest.

He got a lot of 0s from me this season but very few 7s or higher,so overall I would give him a 4.

3. Poor tactically, too much chopping and changing, no plan B, late/bad subs, tried to push on in Jan but that failed.

Given he's got some fairly rabid backers on here, is nobody prepared to stick their head above the parapet and award more than a 5?

First season a resounding 10/10. Achieved everything we needed him to achieve.
Second Season an acceptable 7/10. Coughed and spluttered over the acceptable line.
Third Season a disappointing 4/10. Needed a bounce back after second season and looked on the cards early on and after what many thought was a good January window but the coughing and spluttering returned only twice, maybe three times as bad.

6 2 wins off a potential play off place and horrible injuries How does that work? We got 62 points 6th place achieved 75 points I make that 4 wins and a draw away from the playoffs (or 5 wins if our GD is not good enough) 2 wins would have left us 10th

2. Apart from his first half a season I haven’t enjoyed going to matches since he’s been here. And I’ve been going for nearly 60 years. He really needs to go

7 for the pre-season clear out, 2 for the season. Never been so baffled by team selection. Don’t get me started on Jack Bonham.
