Check Luton's new ground out I'm sure it will be very nice. Nowhere near the town centre though. Closer than Kenilworth road. They intend to build retail outlets all around, not just car salesrooms and distribution centres. |

Wouldn’t it costs probably about 50-100 million to create a brand new ground? I think Peter Coates loves the club, I don’t think he’d be willing to throw that kind of money away for something that isn’t really necessary. Probably would cost 100 million plus, but what else is he going to do with his money? It's not that he has to leave it for his children is it. He could invest on a stadium that could be a landmark for Stoke on Trent and an everlasting memory in the city he clearly loves. it’s under 2% of the families net worth to build a state of the art stadium, they are constantly generating money anyway. They’d make the money back that was spent on a state of the art stadium in less than half a year while helping to regenerate the city |
