I know,is like folk leaving early. You think some who go to the odd game are after a medal the way they go on. I went, you didn't etc. Another one that gets me that. I can only assume the ones whinging have an extremely boring life. I couldn’t give a shite who goes what game, who leaves whenever. Boring people. 🤔 My only whinge with the people that leave early is that if you do it, actually fuck off. 😂 Too many wait at the bottom of the stairs that then causes a traffic jam and blocks my fucking view.

The general point should be that Stoke City only attracted around 7k fans for an FA Cup 4th round home tie and had the ignominy of having to close down our main stand for general supporters.

A crappy day, hardly an exciting team to be playing and a poor crowd. Hardly something to worry further about Move on.

It really does frustrate me that the club doesn't put any ticket offers on for these sort of games.
We need cheap tickets (even family deals of four or other numbers) to fill these seats.
Hopefully the new regime will learn from this.

Which should open eyes really. Why was that? It doesn’t pain a picture of a rosy situation does it. It doesn’t bother me from any other pov of why couldn’t people be arsed. Money will be a big reason. But also how we’ve played. I went with a mate of mine who hasn’t been for 5/6 years and I walked out the ground more positive than him. Because it was much better than the usual tripe we serve up. He was totally underwhelmed. His main takeaway “are the defence usually that bad?”.

So a dad who has 3 kids who want to go that’s nearly £40 with travel. Then if you all want a drink another £12 not exactly cheap is it. That could possibly be the cost of a weekly shop for some families, what’s the priority?

I don't think after all that will be a rush to go that arse end of a ground, Selhurst Park on a Wednesday night. The only part of the world where George and Mildred is mistaken for a fashionable reality show about a modern couple

I'll go because I'll base my self in one of our nearby offices for a day or two but fair play to anyone who travels for this one.....

12 pound well spent, but yes a low crowd. Perhaps the club could do a season card deal for the first couple of ties? It might encourage more to attend. It's a difficult one to generate interest at times.

Worst ground to get to in the history of football. It’s barely even London. Doesn’t it take about an hour and a half just from Euston? Think I might go but it’s a stay over job.

I just kept putting off buying my ticket partly because of the time of year and the possibility of snow. I have done that journey back to Nottingham after the match in the snow several times and it's not fun.

Unless you've had the mis-fortune of this horrible place is hard to explain. I hate it

Easy on the underground. Don’t forget to mask up as Citizen Khan insists on it😉

I've just checked, it's an hour from King's Cross (how I'd go in), via underground, overground and bus, you'd have to wonder about getting back if it goes into extra time and penalties

It's not too far from Croydon. I went that way once. I had a friend Ann Marie who lives 2 mins walk from Selhurst and used to park at her pad. I think if I rang her after 23 odd years she may put 2 and 2 together

It’s served by 3 stations from either Victoria or London Bridge
Norwood, Selhurst or Thornton Heath and it’s still a trek from those

Could always stop at Orinoco Lane SW19 for a pint or Stepney for the more modern Wombler .
