Make or break time for Frank this will be, have a very big feeling it'll be break!
What must the Everton interview panel be looking for a manger coz their choices up to now have been shocking & purely name & reputation based as opposed to being the right man for the job at each particular time! Hope they get relegated with Frank at the wheel! Even if frees Newcastle up in the process, Everton fans have been giving it the big'n for years with no just cause or justification! They're like a busted flush, eventually the steaming turd will get flushed away

No idea how He’ll do or if he’s any good and I really don’t care either. Maybe I shouldn’t have commented on this thread😀

And some people didn't think he was good enough for us. He isn't. Why isn't he ? In our current situation we need a manager who has contacts and who can raise the profile of the club. When there's no money available contacts and profile is key.

Good luck to him.
Clearly not afraid to back his own ability and put himself out there. Gerrard, Rooney and Lampard all looking to make a difference despite not really having to. .

Didn’t improve Derby. Took Chelsea backwards. Obviously the manager of choice for a team struggling at the foot of the Premier League.

Graffiti seen on Everton's Goodison Park home this week opposed the move and read 'Pereira out, Lampard in'
Perieira has spoken about what he wants to do with clarity and purpose. What do you get with Lampy?

Realistically though, I don’t see it being make of break for Frank. He’ll get a few positions after this, assuming it isn’t a tremendous disaster.

Being an actual good manager is pretty important too though don’t you think? What's he done wrong so far ? Achieved no more than par at Derby at considerable expense. Alienated numerous senior players at Chelsea and was taking them backwards when he was sacked. His successor won the Champions League in a matter of months.

I'll be annoyed if Howe's Newcastle stay up at the expense of Lampard's Everton. Whilst it would be amusing to see either or both go down it wouldn't do us much good as they'd both be pretty nailed on to go straight back up making life for us Championship also rans even harder than it already is.

Everton seems to have become a bit of a poisoned chalice. They’ve spent a shit load of money, but gone backwards. The squad they have now is expensively assembled, but probably only scrapes into the top 10 when you look at the strength of the all the other teams. Everton fans shouldn’t settle for mediocrity but think they need to give someone a bit of time to have a proper crack at it. Tough gig for Lampard. Not sure what’s seen as successful up there. Just needs to finish this season as well as he can and go from there I suppose. Can’t see them going down.
