If people could put aside their prejudices for a second Joe Allen and Jacob Brown had a very positive influence on that aswell as Powell .

Decent when Powell came on. Deserved the point. Robbed by officialdom.

All about Nick Powell.
Just creates space & always wants the ball.

Looking at the table, playoffs definitely gone.
9 points off 4th with a game played more.
Probably 7-9 points behind 5th/6th by the end of the weekend.

Indeed Looked so much better with Powell and Allen working together Jayden also linking well with both of them Tyrese not match fit but the only way to get that is to play Didn’t look too happy playing out wide however

A draw is a good result in the end given the circumstances. It is but it is 1 point from 9 in 7 days, the season is dead in the water with 18 matches to play, its all desperately disappointing.

Decent second half that, well done to the boys.
Would have been a travesty to have lost that match with the ahem... officiating.
Brown, Powell and Allen all made a difference so hats off to MON for the subs but we really need to be getting selection better from the off.

Well done Stoke, deserved that point in the end.
If I'd been O'Neill I'd have stopped my players shaking hands with that cunt with the whistle just like Alf Ramsey stopped his players swapping their shirts with the Argentine players back in 66.
Awful, awful refereeing.

Brown MOTM? Things get more bizarre. 🤣 Powell MOM for me, drove us forward and used his body and skill to dominate He makes the game look so easy. A class above.

A game of two halves and we were far better than them in the 2nd. Powell was the cream in the coffee and looks like we will need him as Mario looks out of a spell.
MoN still sussing out his best starting 11. Philogene Bidace got better as the game went on and had a lot do do with creating the opportunity for Brown. As a team we pressed more effectively in the 2nd half. Not too confident with Bonham. Bring Freddie in then back to Joe.

Looking at the table, playoffs definitely gone. 8 points off 5th with a game played more. Long way to go ... yes it will take a run of maybe 5-6 wins on the bounce but with injured players returning and new signings finding their feet with each passing week we have as much as a chance as anyone else.

Far from a Allen fan, but that was his best 45 minutes playing for us. He released the ball quicker, more often passed forward. Potentially needed to be dropped before and more often?

I think it's a pretty reasonable display overall.
Absolutely awful first half, but an encouraging second half
All the subs made a difference.
Draw probably fair.
Things always look brighter with Powell on.

Excellent second half. Allen and Powell were excellent and Browb bought some energy and a cracking goal. Was impressed by Jayden looks a good player and with games will get better. Ref was shocking. They were lucky not to have 2 blatant reds.

He's a bench player for me until he sorts it out.

Powell is a lovely footballer. Just a complete natural with the ball at his feet. Head up. Doesn’t need to look where the ball is.

Always thought our push would come next season, probably bit of false optimism due to us shifting so much deadwood in the off season. Think will come good next season. On an another note that shitter of a ref what a c*nt.

Presumably Koroma will get a 3-game ban retrospectively? Not that it'll help us Maybe Grapey it’ll help a little as Huddersfield looked a shadow of themselves when he went quiet / was substituted. So there could be dropped points ahead for Huddersfield.
