I don't know this, but wouldn't be surprised in the least.

Not only is Fox crap but he's made of glass. My money is on a back 3 of Wilmott/Harwood-Bellis/Forrester......... That Sentinel preview piece was pre-Cardiff though - and he did surprisingly make the XI. So we may yet be treated to some Foxy action.

Fox is slow and a pretty average left back defensively. I think he has a good cross from deep, but he’s not going to do well sending them in with Brown up top on his own. There’s too little thought at Stoke about how players compliment each other and it makes the whole squad disjointed.

I still think he'll drop Fox mind, bloody hope so anyway.....

Reminds me of Alec Lindsay when he came to Stoke for the oldies though Lindsay had been good at one time in his career.

Why not play JPB up front, With Brown &, Campbell out wide?

Yes , we've had a mixed fortune with fullbacks over the years - there was Alex Elder as well. Excellent with Burnley but so fat he could hardly move when he arrived at Stoke.

Why not play JPB up front, With Brown &, Campbell out wide? Has he played alot as a front man in Villas under 23's? Got the pace and trickery for sure.

this lad could be class in this league if we can get him next season Doubt it. Especially if some fans (not entirely unreasonable) request to burn all loanees happens. We could seriously damage our ability to attract decent loan options given our inability to utilise them in recent seasons, made worse if we now leave them to rot for the remaining games.

I believe he is, but the loans over the Last few seasons have largely been a waste of ours and their time. Clarke, Matondo, Sima etc Also some fans calling for loan players to now be dropped will do us no favours going forward

I’d be shocked if he could play with his back to goal. It’s one thing running at a defender out on the wing, it’s another getting the ball to feet and having to shrug off a 6 foot 2 man barging into your back.

Reminds me of Alec Lindsay when he came to Stoke for the oldies though Lindsay had been good at one time in his career. Saw him in the old supporters club, opposite the Vic, having a swift half pre match!!!!

My thoughts exactly from what I've seen definitely more of a winger.

I don't know this, but wouldn't be surprised in the least. Yeah. Definitely what happened. Young players know their shit. When they’re not pissed up. Trawling tinder. Wearing ridiculous clothes. Playing Xbox etc. Maybe we should get a 19 year old to manage us too?

Interesting. If we got him back, it would suggest a) that a flat back four is what we prefer, and b) that all isn't as doom and gloom as people like to make out as promising youngsters want to return.

The type of player that given a full season will get you promoted.
Get it done.

Would be great if we had him for a full season, he was fantastic before his injury. Agreed, he looked mint. Ironically the fact he's been injured might count in our favour: he's been out of the limelight, and we'll know exactly the extent and nature of the injury and can make an informed decision that others can't. I'd love to see him here for a full year.

Him and a fit and firing Campbell either side of a striker is promotion worthy.
Really hope we can do it.

I'd love to see him here for a full year. It’s Dean Smith ( his former manager) and manager of Norwich City will who be serious promotion contenders next season and a big club and support who’s also after him so out of the limelight will have no bearing mate They are serious rivals to his signature given all that If it’s true of course
