THB looks really good to me. Lots of mistakes for sure but he’s young and learning and you’d hope they will stop as time progresses. I’m not sure I’d want him back on loan because I think our time and effort needs to be focussed on Forrester and Taylor. And having a load hinder their development is poor. I’d love for us to sign him though but sadly don’t think there’s a chance. … I’d have hm back again next season on loan. He will only get better He will but we should be developing our own young centre halves over a young player on loan. Forrester is the better player imo. Taylor has more chance of being the best back up to Souttar we can find. I hope loaning him is off the table tbh:

I’ve never seen him play and basing my comment on what experienced observers and fans of the game say about him. And he recently scored two, made the third and received rave reviews. No jizz in sight though. Experienced observers including his own club's fans who rave about him and a panel of global journalists who named him one of the world's top 50 players under 20 just a couple of weeks ago in the NXGN awards (which Bellingham won for those interested). I suspect Lee means that he hasn't seen him play and knows little about him, so therefore presumes no-one else in the world has or does either. No not no one else in the world just a very small minority of Stoke fans who post on this board. Obviously keen observers of age group football will have maybe seen him play long enough to form a considered opinion but how many of us does that describe?

May get better. I don't understand why a lot on here think that because they are young they'll definitely improve (not just yourself), it doesn't always work out like that, any way rant over as you were i said will get better not may get better I know. I was saying may, no one can say he will, that's my point.

www.stokesentinel.co.uk/sport/football/transfer-news/stoke-city-transfer-news-rumours-6840981Story yesterday about Taylor Harwood-Bellis possibly leaving Man City. Would Stoke, if you had the finances, be looking to take players like that?O'Neill: If you look at the period we've been in the club and where we've spent money, it's been on players whoa re 21, 22, 23. That's where we'd spend money, of course. I think if Taylor, if it was a permanent move, would be outside out of where we were able to afford at the moment if I'm honest. That's being realistic. He is a very good young player. He still has a bit to go, to be honest, and he knows that himself. He knows there are things in his game that he needs to get out - and that's why you go out on loan, why you go out of a top club at Manchester City. But Taylor has just turned 20. He's been at Man City since he was a very young kid, that's his club and I'm sure his focus is to try to breakthrough there. If the option is there to take him on loan again it's something we'd love to explore. But regards agents and papers and stuff it's not something we pay much attention because most of it is probably not true! My head of recruitment Pete from the Sentinel gives me a lot of names! Kylian Mbappe is a free this summer but I'm not sure we're going to be there at the table.

I'm not arsed about him at all.
As a squad player capable of filling in at CB or RB then fine but not as a regular starter.

We didn’t think we could get Greenacre but we pulled it off…… Clive Clarke started all this bollocks that we could sign him on Radio Stoke. There’s absolutely no chance he gets sold less for a starting price of 7.5m imo rising to 15/20.

This suggests two things to me: 1) Harry Souttar is worth his weight in gold 2) THB and Souttar would be a potentially brilliant centre half pairing or as part of a back three with Wilmott.

Can’t see the basis for your conclusion. It indicates Wilmot’s metrics ahead of THB in both facets of consideration. If Big H and THB would be brilliant Big H and Wilmot would be better than brilliant.

In a back three with WIlmott on the right, Souttar in the middle and THB on the left you'd have the right blend of aerial strength (Souttar) and the ability to play through the lines. Swap THB for Wilmott in a central pairing by all means.........

L Kelly looks promising who is he? Stick ITV on now and you'll catch the last 10 minutes of her show. Just incase you aren't near a TV, she's a really annoying sickly sweet haggis munching TV presenter who loves the sound of her own voice amd regularly talks over the people she has on her show.

Honestly it good. Top right hand quarter is where you want top shop. Most we couldn’t afford but there’s a couple I’m not familiar with her namesake being one of them.

What on God's earth is that pile of bollocks? It's a fairly simple graph showing the aerial dominance and progressive passing of each Championship centre half that's played over 1500 mins of football. I'm not sure I can put it any other way?
