I took my son when he was about 8, I didn't exactly think outside the box looking back. It was Millwall at home at the Vic, the away fans were put into that corner stand by the Stoke End. All kicked off of course and put the fear of god into him. Then at about 12 we had Cardiff at home year 2000 ish, again all kicked off outside! Anyway, all well that ends well, he has been a season ticket holder for years and is nearly 34. Message is, it gets in their blood just as it did us all those years ago. Bloody addictions eh

So I've just emailed the club enquiring about mascot packages for my youngest son. Haven't been over for quite a few years thanks to COVID but hope to catch any and all home games in the last two weeks of August. If not a mascot package then I'll turn up regardless. I've forgotten just how bad it is to take the lead then end up losing in a live environment Shamefully my youngest was supporting Liverpool this season (Everyone here is a glory supporter) but my eldest remains true to Stoke, having been a mascot 7 years ago. Quick question: Does anyone foresee any issue with getting the strips at the club shop? I really don't trust the online sizes and the club charges a fortune for oversees shipping.

I flew back for the QPR game and my son's first ever live match (he is 7). I booked him the mascot package and it was brilliant, we were looked after and Tracey who organised it was great and easy to work with, communicated well and what can I say, he loved it!!!! And the value for money was also great, go for it mate.

Cheers, Should maybe have clarified that I did a mascot package back in 2014 with my eldest Also went through Tracy back then and I'm already in touch with her now about packages in August. She's already told me it's fine. It was a cup match back then so even cheaper than usual. I think it worked out the same price as just buying tickets for the game, except you got all the extra perks.

Just put in the mascot reservation for the Sunderland game. Not the easiest game for my youngest sons first but ok.
Also my birthday so hopefully it'll be a good day all around.
Really looking forward to it.

I took my daughter (aged 5) to watch Stoke beat Fulham 4-1 in the last match of 2013. We stood close to where Assiadi was tearing their stand in full back a new one. She hasn't asked to go since, wisely quitting whilst she was ahead
