I never feel too confident with midweek games away. We always seem to struggle. Be nice to get 3 points but I’d be happy with a point with the current injury list. There’s been no mention of how bad Thompson’s injury is but we need him back as we looked really weak defending in CM and we gave them way too much space. Hopefully Fletcher can give us another 90 as I thought he was excellent yesterday. Not sure I’d start Campbell yet till he’s had a few more games off the bench but he’s great to thrown on if we’re chasing the game / looking for a winner and Brown hasn’t done a lot wrong.
I’d go with
Davies
Ostegaard Batth Fox
Smith Allen Thompson (if fit) / Wilmot Vrancic Tymon
Brown Fletcher

Hard to argue with that.
I don’t think MON even considers Wilmot for defensive midfield role though.

That back 3 yesterday was about 10 yards too high. We got away with it but better teams will destroy us if we play that high of a line with those players.
I think Fox will be needed to cover Tymon.
Wilmot should come in for Chester though.

Shame Doughty is never up to speed, I think all round he is better player than Tymon, not sure MON rates him though. Have we given up on TOB?.

Yeah not too confident for this one.
They’ve been on a poor run but when did we last win 4 in a row?
Would be pleased with a point.

Would be sensible to protect one of them

You know you are talking nonsense mate don’t you😊 As for the OP 👿 BM Any tips for parking on Wednesday night? Depends on what sort of time will you be getting near to the ground? If you're there at 5.30ish I would have thought you can find street parking somewhere, I'd suggest you stick Gore's Marsh Road into your satnav and try some side roads around there, that's about 5 mins walk from ground.

Given the players we are missing, it's going to be another grind. Can see us getting beaten, but think I'll go for 0-0 and hope to have a few more fit for Blackburn.

Would we be tempted to go with that formation Wednesday with Campbell, Fletcher & Brown up top with Fox at left back?. If we're planning on going ultra direct and missing out midfield then ok. Trouble is we would get over run in midfield and at full back every time they attacked.
