I just discovered that a new problem has arisen now!
Big silverfishes!
The neighbours below are not here, and not the neighbours wall to wall, and the neighbours above aren't using the water so much any longer.
People scared to cause a water leak. Maybe they've put up a note downstairs or at the other number about the potential water leakage after all? I haven't looked since 4 pm yesterday.
Easier for little insects to get from floor to floor now then in this old building. And it's rather cold outdoors so they want to get inside looking for food.

Later today Tuesday November 16th the property management service team will deliver and install new kitchen lamps.
I will ask what happened with that note about eventual water leak and bad gaskets they were supposed to put on the wall in the stairwell.

No action regarding the pipes from the property management service team man. He just asked me if the noise was still going on. 👷 But ... he will ask his boss for a plumber anyway, because he was worried about my radiator in the hallway. If such an specialist arrives I will ask him for his judgement regarding the pipe noise and what to do, after I have played the recorded sound file to him of it.
The service team man said if noone else contact them to tell them about their bad gaskets or bad water tap or whatever, there is nothing they can or will do.
He was convinced the noise didn't arise from my appartment, but at someone else's. So basically, they wait for someone else to report.
He mounted a fluorescent lamp, but didn't cover the loose cables. That can't be right! I will make them do it properly.
There are loads of other stuff to take care of. I will do it step by step. If you present too much problems at the same time they won't do anything.

Report back after today's meeting with the Property Service team.
Got a phone call, they spontaneously wanted to come back today in rather a hurry.
Careful good service in general. They'll send an electrician in time to isolate cables. I got a new bathroom locker. They removed an extremely old sandwich or pizza slice someone had put high on top of something in the backyard. They'll wait about the radiator and send a plumber next summer!
The water pipes noise is still a mystery though! 🤔 After today I'm pretty sure the noise transformed into my kitchen, my sink cabinet, comes from the kitchen wall to wall. Why? When the neighbours above were home in the morning and used their water taps and so did I, no noise occured. At 3 p.m when the neighbours next door arrived, my water tap almost started to shake.
This is actually VERY weird. The pipes seem to be connected up and down only, with connections to each kitchen at one side of the main line. The kitchen wall to wall I'm talking about is separated from my kitchen by a 80 cm thick wall made of bricks! No pipes as far as anyone knows at least, between that kitchen and mine, but nevertheless ...
What bothers me is that when the property management service team arrived the pipes made no noise whatsoever.
But before yes, and after they left. Thank God for my recordings! 😇

As I said, thank God for my recordings, which I've played for one of them. He said they have another house with exactly the same issue. Return on Tuesday to install a new bath tub water pipe correctly.

I plan to order the architect drawings of this building as noone else take any action about the noisy pipes.
I might even get a view of the laundry room pipes that way.

Two vans from a Water leak specialist company was here today. I think they visited the appartment right above me and the appartment below to the right of mine.
However, they didn't see me and I was in a rush to do some errands.
When I came home after the errands the two vans were gone and I was met by a pipe noise in my flat worse than ever. The high volume metal shaking was present continuously for 20 seconds and followed by a soft quiet hammering.
Apparently the electrician had called me twice, but my mobile phone hadn't delivered any hearable signal.
I read they use some instrument to measure moisture from a water leak. The moisture measuring guy from a ventilation firm used it here in my bathroom a few years back as well. It was the driest one ever.

The water pipe noise worse than ever, as long as the neighbours above me or beside me use the water taps.
Tomorrow the Electrician arrives to isolate some lamp cables.
Then I hope I can order some paint for my cupboards and doors, a primer for the wood.
After noon the bat tub guy arrives to fix my bath tub connections for the second time. The water pressure from a full or half full bath tub makes the parts fall apart, and a bad gasket.
I just realized they have put all the pipes from dish cabinet and the radiator in the SAME canal as the electric cables!
Is that good or insane? 🤯

Got the electrician here this morning. He isolated the bunch of cables to the left and to the right of the fluorescent lamp and put up a couple of power supply boxes next to it. A lot safer.
And now I can finish the painting process above the sink as well.
We talked about the pipes as well. He said there shouldn't be a problem that the cables, the radiator pipes and the pipes from the sink goes into the same canal, since the cable have to be stuck inside a hose. And it's against the law to put any check valves inside a canal like that, so probably they haven't done that. But still ... pipes can get loose.
He also said the pipe sounds are most likely from a neighbour with a bad check valve and/or a bad gasket.
I found out they missed to put up a note on the wall about it, so the tennant with the cause could call them - they have put it up at another address though. 😬 I found out since the electrician told me.
In 20 mins I expect the guy with the bath tub pipe parts will do the second attempt. I hope he won't be in such a rush like he was 3 years ago. We have to test it with a filled bath tub, make sure the parts handle the pressure.

Yes. But they think the sound or noise rather, is created by a bad gasket or a check valve that needs to be replaced. I wonder about the localisation of those check valves. If it's easy access to them. I don't see any inside the sink, so I doubt it. It could be one behind the wooden cabinet next to the sink. But then they have to use a saw first to reach it.

Sounds like you’ve got a poltergeist. It ain’t a plumber you need, it’s a man with a crucifix. You may be right actually! 🙂 However it's not crystal clear though, since recently the noise has changed location. Before it was from the pipes in the wall, but now it's the water tap. It's vibrating and you can actually see it!! When the neighbour next door is using their dish washer och takes water from their water tap in a glass or something, my water tap moves! How is it possible? At times the sound is really loud, so I can't for instance talk on the phone while I'm in the kitchen. 15 mins ago I was sick and tired of the @$#$@y pipe noise+water tap vibration, so i knocked on the wall like 5 times. Then he responded by 10 harder hits back. What an idiot!!! 👿 Unfortunately, the property management service won't be back until late spring or summer to do something about the water pipe/tap noise vibration unless the water tap hasn't flew away since then ... I tried to pour some water into a glass at the same time as the noise one time, but it didn't work, it was hard to turn it off!!

The pipe noise is gone since 3 months. They must have changed the shaky tap on the fourth floor.
