Was he injured/ill today, if not I don't fancy his chances moving forward ☹️. I actually think he has more of an all round game than Tymon.

Thought Tymon was ok today. I thought he was terrible. He's so weak its beyond a joke. We can't rely on him as a regular starter and I'm struggling to see what he offers beyond enthusiasm.

Great ball for the goal and played a couple more good ones too. Quietened after half hour but who didn’t? One the smaller issues from today. Indeed about one of the only ones I didn’t think was toss.

He's a massive issue for me. Brown, chester and Tymon are playing far too regularly. He seems a lovely lad but he's more than a bit crap.

Having bought Doughty with great fanfare in January I don't think MON rates him at all.

Sure he was ill 🤒 in the week. Would have been a perfect chance for him with Smith out last minute. I thought Tymon did a pretty decent job today.

I saw and interview early season where Doughty said, Manager either likes you or he doesn't, or something like this. Didn't think much about it at the time, now I am thinking more he doesn't rate Alfie.

He was ill in the week wasn’t he so could have been that? He seems like a good option to have to replace Tymon with so to hamstring us like that would seem odd.

Tymon played crap, good start to the season petered out He was isolated and we had nothing on the right to pull defenders over so I give him a pass today. Thought he did fine given the situation, several dangerous crosses. But even when everyone was spaffing over him I thought he has some limitations. He can only beat a man on the outside and usually he doesn't find a good forward option when he cuts in. Goal was a nice exception.

It’s obscene he isn’t near the first 11. Looked very promising in his cameos. Tymon has done well so far but surely Doughty should be a rotation with him. Can’t understand it, maybe he’s a cunt😉

I like Tymon but his one footed ness is a massive issue. All defenders need to do is show him inside and he's knackered.
He does whip excellent balls in but you can see he's been sussed.

We basically spunked our January budget knowing he wasn’t going to feature until this season and he’s not really featured???? Looks quite decent also supposed to have pace to burn seems a strange situation

Massive worry that Ince makes the bench before him today. In the cameos he has made he looks a better all round player than Tymon.. can only think MON doesn't rate him.

Tymon is a great player, the problem is his position he's playing and it week in week out. His position demands alot of tracking back, up and down the pitch for 90 minutes, sometimes 3 times a week. How many times before this season has he done this, I mean how often has he played regularly full stop, probably the most demanding fitness wise also. Lucky the solution is rotation and Doughty I think is the answer.

He's a much better player than Tymon and needs to start Based on what exactly? He looked pretty knackered after 45 mins in the cup games and has then been injured/ill for a couple of weeks. A chest infection isn’t exactly a great illness for a footballer either.

He's a much better player than Tymon and needs to start Is Tymon that bad? Looks like hes having a solid season to date. He's a cheaper, faster and better player than we've had there for the last 3 years. He looks comfortable and in the right place in this division now.

He played on the opposite side of the pitch to tymon v Fulham And had a good game He was going wide of the Fulham full back and crossing with his right Cutting inside and crossing with his left
For how many games a season he's going to be fit , is a whole different story
If they are both fit , I don't see why they can't play on opposite wings , like they did v Fulham

Doughty did okay versus Fulham, who were already destroying us and decided to take a break and have a cocktail by the time he came on. If he wants to get in the team, he needs to get a goal/an assist. It would seem strange to bring him on for Smith, who has been one of our better players this year.

Doughty not even on the bench today. This, despite creating an assist in the FA Cup. Jaden Philogene-Bidace did OK, but right now Doughty is better and O'Neil signed him. So why the fuck is a 19 year old loanee ahead of him suddenly. It's emperor's new clothes.

When Tymon gets to the byline and puts a cross in, it is generally a good one. His problem is that in the area between the half way line and the outer edge of the penalty area he should take his full back on more often than he does. I'd go so far as to say that he passes back from that position as often as he tries to beat his man on the outside. For me he should be able to put in 50% more crosses than he does. Smith hasn't the pace to do it so often but Tymon has and should do a lot more.

I'd prefer we give him a chance over someone who hasn't really done much to make the position his own.
