Dear Pep
If you want a b team in the lower divisions then fuck off back to spain where you can have your wish, but leave pur league alone.
Yours
91 teams in the leagues.

Wanting, Premierships under 23s to play in the Championship or Div 1. As an afterthought - assuming the home matches had to be played on the club's main pitch -it would be a fixture maker's nightmare trying to make sure the Prem club's first and second teams don't have a home match on the same day, their respective Cup competition home matches don't coincide - to say nothing of the wear on the pitch itself.

I’m guessing they’d play on their training/women’s pitches👀

Done in Spain and it’s shit. Never happen here, thankfully. is that what Barca B and Real Madrid Mestialla or whatever they’re called are? Basically yes. They can never be promoted to the top division. It ruins the leagues below.

This is what happens when these young players have their progression blocked by big clubs stock piling players. I’m convinced they sign them not because they need them particularly, but more to stop their competitors from signing them. Its also very profitable too. The richer clubs have made a fortune out of loaning out players as well as selling on (usually younger) players three years down the line simply with their "club badge" on the CV for a much larger fee than they'd ordinarily be worth, having paid very little in terms of costs over those three years comparatively to the sale price. Its basically Pokémon with footballers. There should be a maximum Loans out

Get the old Central league up and running again. It still exists. I attended a fair few central league and central league Cup games in Plymouth in 2019/20 season.

Guardiola says the England team would benefit. Where's he been for the last 4 years? Winning things Is ok blaming the Chelsea etc for stock piling players but these players are happy to go there, sign huge contracts and know that their chances may be limited. Chelsea do loan players out all over Europe, some have benefitted massively. What I mean is the England team has improved hugely in recent years. And the future looms bright because of youngsters developing better. Booting teams out of the league to accommodate an oil baron's hobby wasn't necessary. Guardiola isn't arsed anyway. He's leaving English football in a couple of years. One of the most greatest coaches ever but he's talking shyte on this

Absolutely ruins the Finnish league. There are certain rules also that a player can play on both teams (A and B) so long as matches are 4 days apart, or if under 19 they can simply play in both I believe. So when B team has a big game, or C team, you just know you aren't playing the same team at all that represent the level of that league. Add that to the only one team promoted nonsense and the league is just a monopoly. Ice hockey is the same with no relegations (that idea was mentioned for the PL wasnt it? But never got traction). I'm not sure you can call any of these competitive sports really can you? Where is the equity?
