Can’t help but feel pleased for Jimenez. Huge moment and you can see how much it meant to the players and the travelling supporters.

Can’t help but feel pleased for Jimenez. Huge moment and you can see how much it meant to the players and the travelling supporters. He’d be a great signing for us when we pass them on the way up next season😀 Joking apart, let’s hope this gives him a much needed confidence boost because he’s a great striker but you can see the injury has seriously affected him.

Jota was a big loss for them and Jimenez understandably hasn’t come back the same player after injury. Jimenez must read the Oatcake Chucky! What a goal! Lovely bit of route one. That was like Jimenez pre-injury, bullied himself a goal out of nothing.

Hate these London derbies, don’t want either side to win. As it is I’m stood in the kitchen cooking a lamb shoulder Sunday roast listening to loud music and supping Birra Moretti. And of course posting my usual bollocks on here…..

Didn’t a lot of Tottenham fans go home once before in this game at 4-2 down and regretted it big style? They’ve been awful so far

51 years ago today Arsenal were in the Victoria ground dressing having just been thrashed 5-0 by Stoke Absolutely , thanks for that - I was there and it was the clearest indication of the potential of the team we had. Finished midway in the league I think but the next few seasons were fabulous. We were buzzing at the level we played that day.

Anyone else hoping that Brighton go top by winning against Palace tomorrow? It would be good to have a Potter on top of the league

Nuno out of his depth?
Serves Spoz right for sacking Poch after he took them to a Champions League Final. Is NES better than Poch? Is he bollocks.

51 years ago today Arsenal were in the Victoria ground dressing having just been thrashed 5-0 by Stoke Now that was a game and a half. One of the very few times that Bluto scored, and a Conroy screamer from what 25, 30 yards? Hopefully we'll do that again one day.

Watched it again on MOTD that night - always good to see Bob Wilson picking the ball out of Arsenal's net a few times !

Including 4 that helped us reach a major international final. Not to mention his record of scoring in every qualifier since fuck knows when. Dip in form is bollocks tbf never mind describing his contribution as useless.

Pretty much every game there was a concensus from the pundits he was dropping too deep and there has been for months now. I honestly think we'd be a better team without him.
