Overhead kicks really should be banned. Clearly dangerous play yet they’re allowed. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

If you hate overhead kicks you hate football I’m a defender. I don’t like getting kicked in the face. They’re dangerous and should be banned. 😂😂😂😂😂 it's you that's funny .

So far, both play off winners had failed to beat their opponents in both league games

2-1 Arsenal. Means nothing. Feels good.
Edit: handball, not given by VAR for reasons.
As always, the human element is the weak point.

Man City, 5 point deduction for failing to control the crowd? A big team with still a small time fan mentality.

It looks like Manchester City are going to be the dominant force in English football for the foreseeable future.
At least until Guardiola departs.
I am not sure who (or what) is going to disrupt them. Maybe the FFP breaches might throw them off their stride? For now, they are just a winning machine.
Also, a shout out to Phil Foden. Six Premier League titles already and the kid is one hell of a player. He should be playing in a central role for England this summer!

Man City, 5 point deduction for failing to control the crowd? A big team with still a small time fan mentality. Unlike their city neighbours the vast majority of their fans actually have a connection with the city of Manchester and because they don’t support them because they might win things still don’t take it for granted that they will win things. If that’s small time then I’d rather have that than the arrogant glory hunting pricks that support the other clubs that could win it! BM

Anyone tell me why dundee have less points than Aberdeen but are 6th is it a typing error? I think it's to do with how they split the league after 33 games. The top 6 all play eachother, the bottom 6 all play eachother, they cover the last 5 games of the season. But I think if you finished in the bottom half at the time of the split, you can't finish any higher than 7th even if you've got more points than those above you.

PL - so tedious how the same club wins every single year.
I am amazed that so many are still so into football with the gulf between rich and poor clubs, and the uncompetitive nature of the PL.

Turkey will erupt today, as Arda has scored twice in the first 45 mins for Real Madrid. That's almost as impressive as when Tuncay scored for Stoke back in the day.
No doubt everyone in Turkey will now demand that Vinicius is dropped for the Champions League final and Arda plays instead...

What a load of bollocks. The last couple Man City have won have been on the last day. Until a few weeks ago there were 3 teams in the chase. It’s been a brilliant season. The Premier league. Uncompetitive 😂😂😂😂😂😂 FFS 🙄

I am sure Utd have a solid base of fans in Manchester and Lancashire and it is only the rest of their support that are glory hunters. Man City in my opinion are Man Utd on steroids in every capacity. Even when Man Utd were at their best I know they would dig deep and win a game, Man City are a beast and rarely have to dig deep to win a game. I absolutely detest watching Man City, because they have taken football out of football no matter how good they look, Man City v Whoever, City win, where is the enjoyment in that being a fan of them or a neutral?. As Stoke City fan I hope our success never ever comes the way it has done with Man City. I hate Arsenal but for them to have won it today would have been the lesser of 2 evils. My Dad loves watching Man City and he's a Derby County supporter, he loves them because he hates Ferguson(he'd never admit it). I take an old timer English expat to the pub once a week over here to watch a game, he's a West Ham fan, but you would never believe it the way he drools over Citeh. If I was back home and I had the choice of watching Man City or Uttoxter Town FC, It would be a no brainer. .

Sometimes I just flick through some of the comments on here and every now and then a comment really winds me up. More often than not as I rush to vent my fury feeling really annoyed I notice it’s just Bayern then instantly calm down as I then think oh it’s only him. As if to think he’s some kind of retard or backward person. I’ve probably answered directly to this wind up merchant/retard/mental health person or whatever he is. For this I apologise. I didn’t realise it was only you. Pretty sure I saw you collecting trolleys at Tesco last week. If it s you I’ll give you a wave next week 👋 👍

Agreed. Season was over when Arsenal failed to beat them 8 or so games ago. Just because it was mathematically still possible for another team to win, it doesn’t mean that it was in any way likely.
