Sky giving far too much airtime for me to Women's football🤔 Same with the papers. It gets more bloody coverage than the Championship. Does anybody really give a toss about it It is getting coverage that goes way beyond the actual interest in it- three of the main headlines on BBC Football earlier were women's football. I don't know a single person who follows it (apart from a bit of bandwagon jumping if England do well in the World Cup, but to me that's no different than people temporarily becoming cycling or rowing fanatics during the Olympics!) If they want to cover it fine, but give it a section of it's own like they do with Scottish football. Does anyone know the viewing figures for these women's games Sky have been showing?

As an exile I use the BBC Sport website a lot to keep me updated with English Sport. I am getting increasingly annoyed by headlines and articles which don't mention women's sport in the title so I open the article thinking it's men's football or men's cricket only to find out it's about women's sport which I have zero interest in. I genuinely have no issue with Women's sport being reported on as it should be. But surely the BBC can have separate tabs for women's cricket Tennis and Football where anybody interested can easily find some info. Just sort it BBC it's not difficult.

Good point about not including 'Women' in the headlines. If it's tennis or golf you can deduce if it's men or women by the names! I'm not sure why they can't put W next to the team names (like they used to do), it's no different than putting U21 or U19 next to a team when applicable

The Man City side was odd.
A back 4 of people I’d never heard of then and then 5 of their best attackers 😂

Special 1 Juve 1 on Bt sport. Not a bad first half so far or just enjoying the slow demise of juve after super league bollocks.

I would argue the 20 pages per day on the bastard ‘big 6’is the enemy here But that's what sells papers. Is it? Could they not reduce it by 10% and cover the Champo a bit better AND have some coverage of women's football? The latter, given the fact it was effectively banned by FA dinosaurs until 1970, probably merits a *bit* of PR. The wall to wall coverage of big 6 is so boring - even when we were in the Prem it was hard to find anything on our games in some papers. And it perpetuates in a vicious circle of course.
