Emery has been a brilliant appointment for Villa. He's taken them to that mythical next level. He would have made Arsenal a force if they had hung in. Wenger left them a total rebuild, even so his first season was perfectly acceptable. |

Everton have been skirting the relegation zone for seasons now and cheating the system has clearly been helping them stay up by the skin of their teeth! I reckon visiting teams will be buoyed by the challenge & it'll actually help to raise their game. Leaving with 3pts will either maintain teams push near the top of the table, or distance themselves from them at the foot of the table. Away teams will be schooled into knowing that if they can take an early lead the siege mentality but equally fragile tension will quickly shatter the atmosphere. |

Seattle LAFC on now, semi final of the western conference.
Seattle been the better team but losing at half time. Two good saves from LA keeper and a great run and finish from their 99.
Not exactly a brilliant game but massive improvement from stoke.
