Rashford sent off for horrible challenge. Can't stand utd, but that's never a sending off. If you have ever played football, you know about protecting the ball. He never even saw the player coming. Is every mis timed tackle a sending off now ? This VAR shit is killing the game. Agree here, first screen shot he sees us a still of the coming together. The little elbow for the guy already on a yellow was never looked at. |

The two handball penalties given in the man united game tonight were an absolute disgrace, the only consolation I suppose is that it was one for each side but it really is concerning what’s being given as a penalty.

With that left foot he deliberately kicks out at the defender's shin, which is obviously not even close to the ball as Rashford is protecting that with his body, but hits the foot instead and it looks like a stamp. It's the deliberate kicking which is the red card. Rashford didn't even apologisee to the Dane. He knew exactly what he was doing. That's a rare occurence of VAR doing its job well. |
