Bigger club, bigger history, bigger stadium, sell out every single away game, training ground one of the best in country. There's a Leeds fan on the forum.........by the way the training ground is ok but certainly not one of the best in the country. Anyway, Emre is a Stokie, Stoke are going up & Leeds are coming down! I'm no Leeds fan pal just a realist. They're in the top 10 clubs in the country and we would be lucky be included in top 20.

SoâŚ. this topic racked up 12 odd pages within 24 hours based off an inaccurate rumour fuelled and driven by Bayern continually conversing on hypothetical situations/scenarios with such authority and yet all to no availâŚ.?

I agree on the historical aspect and being bigger club, but you are underestimating how good our training facilities are (they have been commented by all the new signings) and our Academy is seen as one of the best in the country. The quality of player it is producing now I believe is better than Leeds and is starting to bear fruit in performances and results.

The way he runs and moves he reminds me of ex Leeds and England player Allan Clarke! If he can't sign until he's 17 has he actually signed? I'm sure Gods will want clarification, he worries a lot! đłđ¤ He has signed a scholarship 16-18 which in theory can't be ended unless by mutual consent. Should also mean other clubs can't offer him anything. The Scholarship gets "reviewed" at 17 where presumably there will be a contract him and his family are already happy with waiting to be signed Thanks very much!

As you would expect. If fans of a club weren't interested and worried about the risk of losing the most exciting player to have come through the academy then they would be an apathetic bunch. It wasn't an in accurate rumour either there was a lot of truth in it. Yes some people panicked and overreacted to the rumour and some assumed he would go else where but that doesn't make it wrong to discuss it for 12 pages.

Or âshould be playing 20 gamesâ if not used enough. You heard it here first đ

No reason why one or two of our Academy products should'nt be up to or better than the products of any Premier League club. And, lets not forget that many kids in an academy joined aged 7 or 8 and for much of their development Stoke were in the Prem whilst Leeds were not. When Leeds got promoted to the Prem (after years in the wilderness) all their academy products didn't suddenly become good, any more than ours did the year we got to the Prem.

Now, if we had 4 or 5 at that standard THAT would be hard to believe.
