Another one who’ll be gone in January if he keeps this up. Just my opinion but I genuinely think he loves it here. I follow him on instagram and he’s always interacting with all the players, with him and Tyrese being particularly close. That said, we do need to tie him down to a new contract sooner rather then later.

Another one who’ll be gone in January if he keeps this up. Our financial predicament must have eased considerably after last summer's exits. I'm hoping that we can now start to use Peter's shekels to hold onto our better players (and strengthen).

He should also get Goal of the Round for his well placed, perfectly executed, meant strike, against Watford

How refreshing to hear someone (and I'm not just talking about footballers) taking responsibility for what happens to their life instead of whingeing about how unfairly they have been treated. Hope he has a long and successful career and hopefully it's with Stoke. You forget how young he still is but he's obviously a very mature 'kiddie'.

He was brilliant at times last night. Him and Smith are quickly becoming two of our most important players

He's been one of our most improved, and impressive, players so far this season after what was a fairly slow start to his career here. Long may he continue in that vein

I didn't think he was as bad as some on here made out, but he easily looks like the most improved player I've seen for a while. Hopefully an inspiration for some other players at the club or even out on loan. I'd love to see Tom Edwards stake a first-team place, which would be some going given Smith's form this season.
The only disappointment with Tymon's form is not seeing Doughty much, but hopefully that'll push him on to even greater things.

It’s funny how GotM is Tymon, yet it had about 3-4 team efforts involved. Not disputing it but Tymon should be grateful to the others too 😂 cracking goal tho

I’ll admit I’d written him off but he is like a different player. Really pleased for him and the club, we’ve not had a left sided player like him in a while.

I doubt many GOTM awards are due to a total solo effort. Maybe Asmir Begovic was the last?

Most improved Stoke player in a good few years I think? That game where he was ripped off at around 30 mins and the courage he's shown to fight for his place and the performances he's putting in now are fantastic and great to see, if only Tom Edwards can get some tips from him. Tommy Smith is another one who's been great this season but still gets abuse

I’m sold on him now. A few games ago I reserved judgement as he’d have a good game, maybe two, then go away. Well he hasn’t had a bad individual performance yet. He’s had games where he’s not been given the ball and has been quiet, but not games where he has been poor overall in possession. These interviews make me like him more. “But now looking back, I am really glad I did go at that age, not just for football but a life experience as well of living abroad.” I love that quote. The best, and sometimes worst, thing i did was moving abroad young. I’d encourage any young person to do the same and see what they find.

No but you see my point, a brilliant individual effort gets awarded to the individual, whereas a brilliant build up from the team with let’s say a simple tap in wins. I’m chuffed for him and the team by the way, It just tickled me that there was probably a 30 yard thuderbastard that didn’t get a look in 😂

Our Chief Executive gets all the praise for how well our company is run. He also loses his job when it isn’t. If Tymon had missed…

Reading the interview reminded me of just how important man management is in dealing with players. Sir Alex had it in spades (according to a source very close to the club and a neighbour of mine). M.O.N. seems to have it too.

. Jesus, didn’t realise his contract was expiring. But I’m highly confident we’ll get him signed to a new deal. He’s had a good few months but I doubt any club powerful enough to turn his head will be ready to snatch him.

I just can’t see him leaving.
MON tied Campbell down against all odds, I think we’re in a strong position with Tymon.
He’s not shown enough form for long enough for anyone from above to be looking at him.

Nixon I very much doubt anyone is in a rush to sign him just because he's had a few good games after several years of being nowhere near good enough.

He'd be worth a punt to a low level prem team on a free. That's a worry.

Assuming based upon his age we would be due compensation if at worst he left. That said it wouldn't surprise me if we had the option of a years extension.
Thing is, with MON here, helping him to rebuild his career, he would have to have a crazy offer for him to want to leave.
