For me it started off good and got worse, like most comedy shows. I won’t even watch it now. God I’m a miserable fucker at times😀

Not for me. They should bring back that show where they followed Anneka Rice's arse with a camera. I think it was called 'Anneka's Arse'

It's brilliant television. Start with series 2, I'd say. The series' under lockdown are good but I think the studio bits stuffer from a lack of audience in the same room.
I went to a recording at Pinewood Studios that included the iconic moment with Tim Vine and the hook for anyone who knows that.
I've even watched Swedish (with subtitles), US and New Zealand Taskmaster. The US one is pants but the Swedish one is funny and captures the spirit of the original UK version. NZ is in between.

All depends on the quality of the contestants, simply. Mike Wozniak has carried this series.

The hook - I’m laughing out loud at that, absolutely brilliant and the way he’s searching for it is superb. I think it’s fantastic. There’s been people on it that I wouldn’t have liked before but think everyone has made me laugh at some point. From the more recent shows - Daisy Cooper & Richard Herring as a a partnership had some great moments.

All depends on the quality of the contestants, simply. Mike Wozniak has carried this series. Quite like the Aussie, she’s had a few good moments. Don’t know if it was good editing but that bit where she discovers it was sugar had me creasing. Jamali Malik has grown into it after seeming like he didn’t want to be there.

I agree Mike Wozniak has been the highlight of the current series but I thought everyone had their moments. I liked Charlotte Ritchie too. It's brilliant television. Start with series 2, I'd say. From the more recent shows - Daisy Cooper & Richard Herring as a a partnership had some great moments. Tim Vine cracked me up when the police came out to him at the airport too - unfortunately not caught on camera, but I found just the thought of Tim Vine being arrested for something funny. I didn't like Liza Tarbuck before Taskmaster but even thought she came across quite well, though making Alex pull his pants down and sit on a cake seemed a bit too cruel. Almost every time I see someone who's been on Taskmaster I remember a great moment - like the clothes change for James Acaster in the lift (or his recreation of Grand Theft Auto in the game task), Paul Sinha hiding in the phonebox... I love pretty much everything Sally Phillips and Bob Mortimer did, and they were both on the same series!

Another standout moment in that one was when Nish Kumamoto kicked the ball in the basketball hoop and took the applause...followed by the next bit...
