His record at St Pauli is really good. He's the type of progressive coach that certain clubs go for and it always works out. I reckon they've got a belter that will slot into their system/club with ease. Yes it is but in the second division as such it's a pretty big gamble |

Brighton need to get this one right as well. Well run club so they probably have got it right - but can see them slumping this year. Not sure if it was De Zerbi or the players but the end to last season was poor. |

They must be paying him a fortune on a weekly basis and that stops when he get's another manager's job |

He's managed in the unders ages though, which also seems to be a criteria as Southgate failed miserably with the 21s and still got the job. |
