Putting the predictable anti-TP guff to one side, the simple fact is that Wednesday were the worst side l've seen this season, worse that Derby, worse than ('plucky') Rotherham. No surprise they've gone down.

They've only themselves to blame for yesterday. They were rancid. They belong in League One.

I understand how they feel but I'd imagine he lost £20m+ last season and is probably thinking is he throwing good money after bad now, I am not sure how long the queue will be to replace him with all the current uncertainities.

Sounds like another administration. Screwing the creditors and starting next season with -12 points I rather like Wednesday. What a mess

What a mess It wasnt admin that did for them last time it was FFP and not getting the sale of the ground legally completed before the accounts period. If you owe money to the players admin is no use you have to pay 100% regardless.

www.examinerlive.co.uk/sport/football/sheffield-wednesday-wages-points-deduction-20751880Sheffield Wednesday could face a potential further points deduction next season if they don't settle the issue of wages owed to players. The Owls reportedly owe players for not being paid the full value of their salary in recent months while some are due end-of-season loyalty payments, with the cost of money owed spiralling in what has been a long-standing issue dating back to last year. A report in today's Sun on Sunday claims the money owed has now reached a staggering £12m. That level of money would represent a real danger to the Owls, who have had income hit by the global pandemic and now face the prospect of further reductions following their relegation to League One.

Very sad proper football club but evidence for all those who doubt our owners just how they are holding us together without them we’d be here and worse .
Execution of their investment is our issue

one of those clubs that a foreign owner came in expecting immediate Premiership football. the Chansiri group refused to allegedly sell at a slight loss previously. Chansiri himself said he would stop funding the club after this season

They really are in the do do then because even after a points deduction they still have to pay the wages in full.....

Virtually every player was dreadful the relationship season, and not much better the 1st championship season Not every player was dreadful for the entire duration of their Stoke City careers having been one of their most expensive ever signings though. Not everyone was an absolutely dreadful professional to the point they had to be sacked. He’s an absolute tool.

Virtually every player was dreadful the relationship season, and not much better the 1st championship season Do you call it the relationship season because: • they were shit at tidying up, • didn’t like to play with the balls, • never wanted to get down to the nitty gritty, • passed on doing anything enjoyable, • messy dribbling after being half asleep for most the game, • You thought they looked alright at first but got less attractive as time went on, • constantly taking money out the kitty and never contributing and then end up leaving us anyways having taken us for all we got??

Amazing that berahino is now 28 and in the autumn of his football career. Seems 2 seconds ago he was a wonder kid breaking through at wba and almost getting that Spurs move. Shows the importance of mindset because a football career is over in a flash and it’s useless if you figure shit out and finally mature in your 30s/40s, to your football career at least. Whatever is going on in that guy’s head (easy to say “just a dick and a waster” but who knows what demons he’s really got?) I hope for his sake he does find some peace and isn’t haunted with regret, otherwise it’s going to be a dark 2nd 2/3rds of life for a guy who wasted such talent.
