Any decision on whether away fans will be able to attend? Think that will depend on the government June road map / announcements ( together with any ‘special’ arrangements for large gatherings. following trials ... though the fact that Stoke have announced an intention to provide free away travel is a hopeful sign ..

100% going to renew but waiting last few days given last years situation. The only thing I would say is if attending is very important to you , even if capacity is again reduced is to be guarded against waiting ..( the club have given a commitment to refund , last season showed them to be more than honourable , so Stoke going totally bust is imho the only way you’d lose financially ..and the heartache of that wouldn’t be measured in £s) last year the stop start / reduced capacity etc solution was the red and white ST ..this time the CEO in his interview is on record as saying that the plan b would perhaps be date / order of sales to allocate any reduced capacity in such circumstances .. even in the worse case scenario some crowds are highly likely for at least part of the season , even if conditions apply Now his comments could be ill thought , unwise off the cuff remark marketing to encourage early sales to help with cash flow ..but , and the club will have a clause saying they can change T&Cs s etc but he that’s what he said and it’s an important point ..perhaps the council could take up the question of plan b with the club covering allocation of partial capacities Apologies if full T&Cs , charter have since been released and this has now been covered

Renewed earlier today and for the first time in years opted to use the finance. Fairly sure it used to be a much higher difference (generally equivalent to an extra monthly payment) For nearly £400 in tickets was the equivalent to £15 extra, fair play to the club / partner on this.

I'd rather just keep money my account so don't have to mess around with potential refunds if that's the case, that just me though!

Done mine for me and my lads - £772 for the 3 of us, the instalments are a Godsend.
9 x £82, is about £30 interest which is really good.
I cant wait (honestly!) to be walking into that grim Boothen concourse with its concrete grey walls in the freezing cold, buying overpriced gassy Carlsberg and forcing 2 bottles down before kick off, queueing for the manky bogs with piss overflowing onto the floor, the smell of rancid burgers, and chatting shit in my seat for 90 minutes bemoaning how crap we are - I've missed it a lot!
The whole matchday - going to the cricket club for beers, pool and darts with my lads and mates, the 20 minute trip on the coach from Knype to the Bet365 and bants/catchup, team news at 2pm, beers pre match and catchup with other mates in the ground, leaving the ground either pleased and happy, disconsolate, or meh after a 0-0 draw, back on the coach to analyse the performance with anyone who will listen, the different takes on the match etc, sneaky beer on the way home before settling in with Mrs R for Saturday night telly and a take away. Bliss.
(and a million miles away from sitting in the back room of the house watching a sterile sanitised empty stadium on my own with a tepid slow TV game - I've grown to hate it)
If I had one grumble about pricing, and I understand that they have tried to simplify it
- My youngest is 11, and his Boothen ST has gone up from £99 to £170 (was expecting as it happened when the eldest moved age groups) - I honestly think £99 is enough for u18s full stop, and unsure why they raise the price as nothing changes for him at all!
- My eldest is 19 and away at Uni, but we renewed anyway for when he is back - his shot up to £260, again there isn't a lot of thought for students who aren't working - I would think they would want to keep them coming at that age and make it attractive - £170-£199 would seem more reasonable for u21s
- I cant complain at mine (£344) - its been the same for donkeys - but I do think they should give the young ones a bit more thought.
Understand we could go into the family stand and perhaps be slightly better off, but that would mean moving from my seat that I have had since 1998, and my kids since 2006/2015 respectively - then have to move again when the youngest hits 14 so I don't want to!
Minor grumbles in he grand scheme of things
Would love to see them invest in (say) a fanzone / beer tent behind the Boothen with a big screen and early games on, entertainment for the kids, maybe open it at halftime/fulltime too as it would slim down the footfall both before the game on the concourse and as people get away post game.

we have such a wonderful club when it comes to stuff like this. They have really looked after us on prices. Was just about to say the same. They get a lot of shit, and rightly so, for the mismanagement over the last five years that has led us to where we are, but this needs more recognition. Is there another club which has frozen ST prices for 14 years running, and where a game costs you less than £15? Even my local National League side charges that for a pay on the day. Great stuff, Stoke

I'm amazed, not because of people actually wanting them, it's a big part of people's lives.
But the number getting them so early re Covid.
Mad bastards.

I am assuming that the record for 1st day sales was when we got promoted to the prem. Cracking effort, especially when you consider how poor we have been for the last 5 years or so. Cant wait to get back, maybe a full stadium will become what it used to be and carry the team, and make other teams and fans dread and fear it again!

It will be great to see the new players play live for the first time I wonder how many of them won't even be at the club come kick off for the new season. Some of the loanees will almost certainly have gone, never to have experienced the abuse support of the home crowd
