All equate to 0 points. Points aren't awarded for 'twenty minutes of the first half'...... Yes but you can surely live with the fact that we were the better team. I’d argue that we were the better team for 65/70 minutes of the 90. You don’t always get what you deserve in this game. No you don't. Stoke fans deserve more than this shit show.

We were still in the game until the last kick of the game, it was 1-1...... Yes but that doesn’t suit blame the manager bingo Do you think we should try and go balls deep against Wycombe, or is another draw ok? I only ask as I'm not sure which teams we should be expecting to win against these days.

Genuinely mate as a club we seem to be full of people like you, expectant and completely unaware of what it takes to manage a football club. Amazing that we have actually transformed into the Arsenal of the Championship, fucking snobs.

They created absolutely nothing in that period of the game though other than a dramatic fall to the ground. If I'm such a waste of oxygen (only an utter scum bag would suggest anyone is such a thing) then why are you still bothering to reply. Don't cry. Why would you care what a scumbag calls you? Just trying to reason with the unreasonable. What chances did they create after thier manager pulled off the ultimate tactical masterstroke of bringing a midfielder on for a striker? Not hard

PPG the end of last season was promotion form, we’ve regressed, for a club like us with the money we’ve actually got, its an absolute joke.

2 shots on target at home (again) vs Swansea's 7...

But we also hit the woodwork twice (including Chester missing the rebound) whilst Brown wasted his one v one because his first touch was like a slab of concrete. I wouldn't say that looking solely at shots on target accurately reflects how the game panned out to be honest.

2 main issues for me
There bench was a lot stronger than ours.
He should have taken off Mikel or Allen not Powell. The commentator was saying Powell was taken off because he saw nothing of the ball the reason was because the 2 CMs had no energy left and were being overrun.

We probably deserved to edge it, but a draw would have been a relatively fair result. I thought we played well for long spells tonight. However, it means very little if you don't take your chances!

My exact reaction when you suggested someone was a waste of oxygen . Maybe you should watch what you say in future. Or maybe learn what that actually implies before you band it about.

The point is, regardless of the noise around it, is we aren't testing the keeper enough whether we are playing well, playing ok or playing poorly. We are one of the worst in the league for testing the keeper. You don't get goals for hitting the post from two yards out, and ultimately you won't win many games.

I’m sick to the back teeth of this lazy lazy go to blame game, anyone with even the basic of footballing knowledge could see that Swansea just pressured us, it was the same towards the end of the first half against Luton. Swansea just pressure us and we couldn’t get out. We loose a game and you have countless posts reverting back to the same sentence, it’s just lazy. Teams can gain momentum and put us on the defensive. When we had all that attacking momentum in the first 20 minutes of the first half do you think the Swansea manager I stir instructed them to sit back ? No, it’s momentum. Jesus Christ. I don’t think they are dropping back due to orders fella. I just don’t think some of them can keep it up for the full 45 minutes. There's some truth in that. But if you keep Powell on, even if he's tired, he can hold on to the ball, teasing a few swans along the way, and keep the ball away from the danger zone that is our defence. Replace him with Thompson and you're asking for trouble.

I don't understand the sentiment of this post - we scored an early goal against a team going for automatic promotion and going through a rough spell of results but not playing badly. Did you think they would collapse and let us build up a head of steam? Of course they went for it and got a deserved equaliser but we held on til half time when, rather than telling us to sit back MON changed his formation, brought on Clarke for Batth and it appeared to me at least had told us to get the ball forward quicker. As a result we were the better team for the first 30 minutes of the second half and should have gone 2-1 up through one of Fletcher or Chester (hang your heads in shame both of you). We played an energetic game which is very energy sapping and Swansea admittedly came into it in the last 15/20 minutes when they made substitutions and ran the midfield. I guess with an eye on Saturday MON sent on Thompson and we stabilised and as we went into injury time I thought Swansea had settled for a draw until the referee decided to intervene.
How was any of that MON being negative. We gave one of the favourites for promotion a difficult game and only lost because of a player conning the referee.

That is what happens when you play and ageing team..... And have a negative dinosaur in charge Nothing to do with the fact that we have a limited squad.

And have a negative dinosaur in charge Nothing to do with the fact that we have a limited squad. I don't think we do, we've got a squad that should (on paper) be able to Compete for the play offs. We have seen that this season, but its the starting line up, formation, and in game tactics/subs that are killing us in my opinion. We were on top last night for a portion of the game and instead of rolling the dice, he did nothing but retreated. How can we as fans see that Our midfield was knackered and being overrun but he couldn't.

We're an easy touch the opposition team talk would just be they are weak and collapse under pressure they are poor at football and can't pass and can't hit a barn door with a banjo and will run out of steam on about 60mins. So keep it tight pressure them always and eventually we'll win.

How much worse could Norton have been than an option to replace Brown, Mikel or Allen... Or even to replace Powell instead of bringing another defensive player on to invite pressure?
