I really can’t get my head around all the hatred towards MON, and fans calling for his head.
We’ve played very well tonight against a strong Swansea side who if they win their games in hand are in the top 2. We’ve hit the post twice, and should of won the game if we took our chances, and didn’t have an awful decision given against us last minute.
What do some of you want, More changes? more instability?
We clearly haven’t got the attacking players we need given the injury to Ty. Who’s fault is that? We CAN NOT sign players we need due to FFP, and you need to get used to it. Regardless of who the manager is that isn’t going to change!!
I get the anger, but not to MON.. it’s our previous transfer team, and Scholes you should be angry with. They’ve got us in this position, they’ve done this to our once very stable Premier League team.
You should feel sympathy for MON to have to deal with the shite he’s been left to deal with.
In MON I trust.

Agree re Scholes, however, 3 in 20 does not leave MON free of blame, he needs to find that spirit he instilled last season and quickly, or he will go the same way as other managers, scapegoated!

We didn't play very well, we had a decent spell in the second half, should have scored, but first half we looked so so predictable, laboured and lacking in any pace..

He needs time (and some bloody luck) but he’s absolutely the right man for us. Does nobody remember what Jones did with largely the same squad?

How many defeats? Most other managers would of lost them games. The sooner you realise what this club is the better, a MID table championship club. That’s not going change anytime soon with the shit he has been left to deal with. Bloated squad mostly of over payed crap, and not being able to spend or sell due to FFP.

Afraid it's shit to watch and right up there with going to the dentist. Just walked the dog and thought maybe should have gone down with Jones and come back up with a dynamic young squad and a 3rd autoglass than watch this crap.

A braindead response without any constructive thought is hardly a thread killer. Statistics never paint the full picture, we're 11th and no matter what unoriginal shit you spout off, that's progress from last season. We were never going to reach the playoffs this season, nobody in their right minds thought we were. We had some decent attacks tonight, hit the post twice and if not for a poor reffing decision, would have drawn against a Swansea side that could may well be in the top two if they win their games in hand.

If we hadn’t had Campbell at the start of the season we would be in the bottom 3.
The players responded well to the removal of Jones but now they have realised MON’s limitations we are back to the relegation stuff.

Due to our 10 years in the Prem the majority of fans on here think we have the god given right to pis# this league and out play everyone in every single game.
Let’s just forget the fact Hughes, Rowett and Jones flashed millions up the wall on awful players and MON has been left to pick up the left overs.

Just give over with this another "good side" shite FFS. They are an average Championship side just like the vast majority of others. The club is underperforming, the manager is underperforming, the players are underperforming.
Having said that, O'Neil finding a set of bollocks in his interview warmed me to him more than I have been of late.

I’m sure that sort of response would go down well with them. Hope your just trying get a bite, as you’ve done well

What we are getting is relegation form for an awful lot of games. MON will have to go at the end of the season if this doesn’t improve. We simply cannot afford to go down next season and I fear we will with MON at the helm.

I'd still like to see this manager after another two transfer windows and a more normal season. This type of season is and will push experienced and seasoned Championship managers, nevermind ex international coaches still trying to adjust.
That said, you can understand the mentality of wanting him gone, even if you don't agree.
Other clubs fire with this type of run and manage just fine.
I still don't think the structure of our club supports managers properly with how it is set up.
