Exactly. These scum are like sex offenders... they can't be changed as its what they vehemently believe. All you can do is deny them opportunity and the safest way to achieve that is indefnite incarceration until they die. I don't give a flying toss about their "rights" or how some will drone on about how the world sees us. My family and their safety overides any of that nonsense. See Usman Khan. Given the benefit of the doubt, look where that ended up. Right wing filth

Fair point. She should be made an example of. However if she renounces her extremist views, spills the beans on all her contacts (influencers) and spends the rest of her days doing charity work then I'm inclined to give her a second chance. In any case, she is our responsibility as a British citizen. Thought she had it revoked She has and I hope it stays that way.

Another practical problem....that does matter.....if she was allowed into the country she obviously isn't going back to her family and to live a "normal " ordinary life.....She is going to have constant attention from all sides and where that will lead , no one knows. No Home Secretary would want to risk that.....although the decision , in the current set up, may be out of her hands.

I just don't feel comfortable with her being Syria's problem. We breed these scum bags, why should the great people of Syria be forced to deal with British Islamist mentalists who take pleasure from stoning people to death, hanging innocent men, women and children from bridges and putting western heads on sticks.
I just don't see the issue with taking ex Isis militants/associates/sympathisers back into British waters where they belong and chucking them into the Atlantic off the Cornish coast.
It's the least our beautiful sea creatures deserve for dinner given the destruction of our oceans in recent years.
It means we are rid of scum and so are Syria so both sides get a result.
Isis is comfortably the most abhorrent organisation of our lifetime and anyone affiliated has no place on this planet. The pain and suffering they've caused so many innocent families is beyond words.
But we do have to take responsibility for our own people. Had we not been so sympathetic to extremists, Begs and Co might have thought twice before spreading their legs for terrorists in the name of such a horrifyingly evil cause.

One thing we are subjected to today, which is a big concern is....who dictates what is considered to be news/ what is their agenda?,.... hence the attempt at a new news channel. There has been quite a lot of talk about the future of one person, of course it is important and could set a precedent, BUT.... are there other British nationals overseas who deserve as much/ more attention? www.amnesty.org.uk/actions/help-get-retired-father-home-his-family

I believe the 'dog born in a stable is not a horse' defence was thrown out in the ground-breaking Bernard Manning v The State case of 1973.

They should move her to Kabul for a few days and let her parade around like that. I’d give her 5 minutes, but then that’s what she fought for didn’t she?

Pity she can't rot in The Glasshouse at Colchester, any ex military will know exactly what I mean. Colchester has changed a lot over the years, no longer something to fear.

Yes her one side of the net me the other with a machine gun , I now see in the channel that border force boats are stopping the dinghies and asking the occupants if any have their HGV licenses, if so they are fastracked in and set on 😉
