And if everyone thought and did like you there would be no end in sight to this. That’s the beauty of freedom and choice. Remember that? Thankfully most people aren't as selfish and will make the right choice for the sake of everyone.

I had the AZ one yesterday morning. Currently wide awake with the chills, aches and a headache. I feel so sorry for anyone who actually had COVID. I know it's for the greater good but man alive I feel rough. Oh and I've got work at 4am 😒 You’ve got the John Travolta syndrome Don't think that arm will be shooting into the air anytime soon

Appears those apparently worst affected the Bame community are reluctant to take up the offer of free vaccines, it may be that this becomes mandatory what is going to happen with the illegals living here and these jabs I wonder if there's a topic that crapslinger couldn't dog whistle? I'm not so sure...... Probably best this comment not coming from this source but it is a worry. I was talking to a friend last week who works for a large local practise and she said they were having problems with the local Polish community which surprised me. I was also talking to a long term customer from the local Bangladeshi community last Thursday who wasn't going to have it. What's it like up your way?

I’m happy to not have one and don’t want it. I’m healthy and I’d rather take my chances considering the chances of death from catching Covid are minuscule. My concern is all the bullshit restrictions that are going to be in place. This vaccine will end up being mandatory in all but name Have a think about it I'm sure I read somewhere that the uptake has to be something like around 85% of the population for it to be effective. My kids aren't going to be affected by Covid but they're desperate to get the jab to protect all the old buggers they come into contact with. It's similar to the Measles issue about uptake.

Not sure about round my way as massive Jewish, Muslim and Eastern European populations but not seen anything specifically in the local news.....

This vaccine will end up being mandatory in all but name The real-world news on the vaccines is incredible, they don't just stop you getting sick but they massively reduce it spreading to other people. Some people can't get vaccines, and even among those that do there are some that aren't protected and they need to rest of us to shield them. If it was just yourself affected then fair enough, but please consider it to help out everyone. Britain needs as many jabbed as possible to save lives and open up the economy. Countries like China are not going to have this problem and they'll laugh at us falling over from covid while they eat more of our lunch.

People are allowed to have a different view point and think for themselves without being ‘selfish’ I just don’t see the issue with having an injection when people know it’s helping not just themselves but protects others. There’s nothing to suggest it’s got any side effects. It’s a bit like people who don’t have health conditions refusing to wear a mask. Why? Not doing either to me just all seems a bit petty. If someone could give me a justifiable reason as to not doing either then I’m happy to listen. Unfortunately too many people listen to idiots like Piers Corbyn and Fox.

I’m not selfish. I just don’t believe all that the media are telling us. People are allowed to have a different view point and think for themselves without being ‘selfish’ Literally the dictionary definition. ‘Lacking consideration for others.’ Maybe folk who refused the vaccine shouldn’t get treatment if they test positive? Shall we stop treating smokers and alcoholics for the diseases that they've inflicted upon themselves? What about the morbidly obese who've gorged on cakes, pop and crisps for most of their lives? There have been a few reported instances of Covid deniers contracting the virus and ending up in hospital, and even dying. Should they have been refused treatment?

Have they got vaccines to protect against smoking, alcoholism and being overweight, this is not all about just protecting yourself it's about taking responsibility for protecting others in particular people who are at the most risk, it's about not being a selfish ass hole with an I'm alright jack fcuk everyone else attitude.

No and I never mentioned alcoholics or smokers. Quite ridiculous to compare them to this situation. This is a once in a lifetime pandemic that has killed thousands and is destroying the economy. It requires everyone to have the vaccine. It will help prevent it spreading. It’s really not that difficult to understand. Interesting that vaccine deniers would presumably trust the medication to make them better again. I wonder how many would still not have the vaccine if they didn’t have a social media platform upon which to brag about it.

Nice try at deflecting. I’m sure you can wear a mask for 15 minutes in Lidl and the jab took half an hour out of my day last Monday. Piece of piss and hardly a major trauma. I’d certainly trust the chief medical officer rather than some David Icke YouTube videos you’ve watched.
