I do enjoy a nice G&T, and also like to make various flavoured gins such as Damson, Sloe etc.
Tesco are now advertising Alcohol free gin. Has anybody tried it and if so what is it like ? 🥃🍾

Alcohol free Gin or beer, what’s that all about🤷♂️ I've no idea most of the alcohol free drinks taste like piss. I'd rather have a glass of sparkling water if I don't want a drink(which isn't very often)

Though I prefer a nice crisp lager😀 As for gin, I’m not keen on the stuff with actual alcohol in it so........

Does anybody actually drink alcoholic drinks just for their flavour?
I really can't see any point in non-alcoholic versions of alcoholic drinks.

Try Aber Falls orange marmalade gin neat its the best gin I've drunk its delicious. Although it's also very good with ice and tonic its my favourite tipple at the moment.

Yes I like the flavour of beer I have had several decent non alcoholic or very low alcohol beers There’s a few German wheat beers about that are quite drinkable at 0.5 abv A lot of the low no alcohol beers lack body and can taste to thin Lagers I can’t comment on as I think they all taste like piss whatever the strength

Me too I've always got a few bottles in the garage Schweppes is my favourite although it has to be in the small individual glass bottles.

A couple of years ago I had 12 weeks off the ale. I started back the night before I was best man. Never forget it- was red hot, sitting outside three horse shoes with me best mate (who was getting married) and his family (who I was proper close to growing up).
Anyway, that first pint tasted awful. Took about the third one to get the taste back. The rest is history as they say ha ha
