He’s done very well at Luton this season and he’d be another to add to the Welsh contingent

Pace? Permanent move or loan? Sounds like a permanent move. Doubt he'd have a loan cut short to go on loan again.

Transfermarkt says he’s out of contract in the summer but that could refer to his loan move rather than his Sheff Utd contract..

So it could be them putting two and two together and coming up with a name!!. Was quite excited. Would be a very decent signing..

Would just be a loan then.
Must see Fox as the long term solution.

The phrasing of the story does seem to indicate it could well be a permanent deal?
Hard to see why Sheff Utd would interfere and end one Champ loan just to allow another Champ loan
But why they'd let a player go for a modest fee that they agreed a new long-term deal 3 weeks ago is anyone's guess - especially when they'll be a Champ team themselves next season

I remember Badou was linked with them so thought of Etebo with the same agent?

Jones was saying he'd been assured he'd be allowed to stay there all season as recently as Dec 15th, after talking to Wilder So Mad Nath will be Sad Nath if there's anything in it www.lutontoday.co.uk/sport/football/luton-town/luton-chief-felt-it-was-calculated-risk-bring-premier-league-duo-loan-3067795When Norrington-Davies headed back up north this week to put the finishing touches to his new deal, Blades boss Chris Wilder once again reiterated that he would be staying at Kenilworth Road this term, despite having a recall clause in January and his side struggling at the bottom of the Premier League. On the confirmation that he will keep hold of the left back for the rest of the campaign, Jones added: “I’ve great respect for Chris, so the fact he trusts us with him is very good and I would be biased, but it is the right thing to do, because he’s getting an education here away from Sheffield United. “I’m pretty sure it would be a similar education in terms of discipline, in terms of development, in terms of what Chris expects from his teams, or his full backs, or his wing backs, I do exactly the same. “So I think it’s a parallel experience he would be getting and getting real good game time. “It’s all an education as he’s still young and he needs to learn and he wants to learn, then the boy could have a fantastic career. “We’re pretty sure he will go back to Sheffield United and have that great career and what a great manager to be working under, so we’re delighted with that. “We respect that from Chris, we thank him for it, but we believe that we would do a similar job for him in terms of repaying the faith that they’ve given us.”

I like how we seem to be beating other teams to sign and keep players
Players seem to either want to play for us or MON

Presumably we are paying a bigger loan fee and a larger percentage of his wages than Luton would. Otherwise from Sheffield United point of view it doesn't make much sense.
