He's doing fine with Luton again. Sometimes I think a manager and club have a really good fit for intangible reasons. Moyes and Everton come to mind. So do Dyche and Burnley. You could say the same for Pulis and Stoke.

He had the complete wrong players to play the style he was looking for.
He was way too positive for the group and alienated them.
He should have known these things and managed accordingly.
