Kids, faceless accounts and twitter - say no more.
He's awful, and deserves heavy criticism, but not these stupid pictures for likes.

Absolutely pathetic, typical of faceless Twitter goons.
He's been poor and a complete waste of money, but I still find it telling he turns to Vokes before Ince.......

Also slightly ironic considering some of the comments about the Celtic supporters on a separate thread.
As noted on that thread, among a bunch of holier than thou pish, we, like every club have our fair share of supporters who go over the top.

Extremely harsh because like it or not, we are relying on this guy even more now with the injuries. He's a Stoke player and at least he gets out there and tries ffs. This kind of stuff just makes me want to get behind the player even more. . . I hope he gets invaded by the soul of Diego Maradona and goes on a tear of blinders like the league has never seen

I suppose it's worth remembering he didn't set his own price. That was that fraud at Luton and the blazing incompetent Chief Executive who we gave a pay rise to after four years of chronic failure.

Whatever we think of his performance on the pitch, there is absolutely no call for this kind of stuff. Social Media has a lot to answer for.

Well I suppose it means James Chester gets a break for a couple of weeks ! Never understood this seemingly constant need to focus on an individual with endless abuse - even when the team is performing quite well in difficult circumstances.

As poor as he’s been of late he still gave us the best moment supporting Stoke in the last five years.

We all vent our spleen on here on occasions, some more than others & some with more vitriol than others
Yet we all know when a line has been crossed & something is marked as bang out of order.
This is one of those occasions & should be taken down

Change society for Stoke City and someone has a fair point.
Vokes is just simply too ineffective for a promotion chasing challenge.
Reminds of Lee Mills when we had him 2003.

Is this place classed as social media?
This is the only place where I interact with people I've never met.
Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat etc could be fucked off tomorrow for me and then the human race can all get back to some semblance of normality.

Better to report then and hopefully get them banned from the format. Personal abuse shouldn't be a part of football. Whilst I too have started I think he's a bit shit, I don't think a hate campaign is the best way to boost our players morale. Idiot

As for Vokes I think it’s fair game for paying supporters to vent their frustrations about poor performances and awful penalties but this kind of think is just plain wrong. Absolute imbeciles

I think he has been good quite often recently - which kind of makes the point that all players can have bad patches but in no way deserve the vilification thrown out by social media.

Some moron on Stoke, Loud and Proud posted after a win basically slagging off Butland for being our second choice goalkeeper.
There really are some weapons on social media.

The only thing I ever criticise any player for is lack of effort or unprofessional behaviour on or off the pitch. All the rest is down to the manager, coaches or player recruitment team.

The weapons you talk about have always been around. It's just that these days they can hide behind a keyboard chucking abuse about, which makes them even bigger shithouses. The world would be a much better place if all social media outlets were banned tomorrow.

I know everybody’s allowed their opinion but Jesus Christ, I’d like to see Roy Keane tear into the twerp that did this, he’d have a field day with how ‘well’ they’ve attempted to use Microsoft paint to offend someone they probably loved when he scored the winner against Sheffield Wednesday. They probably didn’t even know what football was until 5 years ago when stoke were doing impressively well in the league, goddamn sponges

With our injury list, it stiffs me to think that MON will start or use Vokes/Ince this Saturday.
