You're, that's the first thing that's wrong with your post. Secondly, I don't doubt how difficult this is. The point that I am making is that in the words of ange the council are only going to ask questions. No point whatsoever..... We don’t currently have any ST holders , if you’re successful in ballot 1 are you excluded until everyone has had a turn , or is each game / ballot done in isolation ? I think a fair way to do it would be for those lucky enough to see a game to be excluded from the next couple perhaps in order to let others in and maybe not give way to accusations of favouritism etc It’s not ideal but the club came up with a brilliant scheme a couple of months back that was fair and made sense they are now dammed with whatever choice they make

As I’ve bored on about here before I’ve got Brentford season tickets.
Brentford have c10,000 ST holders, so they’ve said if the situation remains the same you’ll get roughly 1 in 5 games.
ST’s have rolled over to next year, and you have the choice of leaving the money with the club or getting your money back.
I’ve been told we’ve got tickets for the Reading game on 19th, having originally been offered tickets for Weds night(can’t go). I’ve a feeling a lot of exiled fans Tier 3 who’ can’t or others who don’t feel safe who don’t want to go, meaning we’ve been offered the 2nd available game.
They’re not asking for money now, but are looking at taking it as a pro-rata payment as part of next years season ticket.
In addition season ticket holders get home games on iFollow FREE, without impacting on the monies transferred over to next years season ticket. A code is sent before each game, and they do a preview show on a Friday night, something that many on here have asked for.
I haven’t watched any of the games online as most have clashed with Stoke games but friends have been happy with the coverage, and appreciate the gesture of free home games.

The easiest way is every 2019/20 season ticket holder gets at least one game if they want it.
The rest then on a ballot.

Council - can you ask the club about the FREE ifollow codes that Brentford appear to be able to issue for season ticket holders above. I thought we had been told by Stoke that the 10 quid was fixed by the league and the club had no choice.

An appeal folks .. I understand people have their views re the council , but lots of people will have a variety of genuine concerns re fans return , allocation of places ( some specific to their own position , some with a more general slant ) two options exist to have those concerns at least heard ..contact the club direct or via the SC..your email may not be listened to with any more weight than the SC .. , but can we keep this thread to points of concern re the return of fans they wish the SC to take to the club ..and leave the sniping off ..the return is complicated enough Thanks Scouse, I understand what you are saying, but if the council simply asks questions, what is the point. Stoke will, I assume issue q&as, so if the club has anything about them then these 'questions' will already be covered by them. We shouldn't need a middleman asking the questions (adding no value whatsoever) So what exactly is the council supposed to do? Ignore it? There’s nothing else worth talking about.

I hope it's a no for both of these scenarios. As I’ve posted elsewhere ..Everton's testing condition appears to be part of the City’s continued promotion of mass testing programme that still exists in Liverpool .. Liverpool FC chose not to go down that route. No other city currently has mass testing facilities .. though agree it’s a valid point to be raised given the high rate of infection in SOT ..as mass testing may be one tool used in SOT in the future to reduce numbers personally I think it’s counter productive as when mass testing ends you’re left in the position of previously suggesting attendance is only safe to do so with a test , but with no facility to have that mass test easily or without charge on a match by match basis ..and games come thick and fast of greater concern is Everton’s condition of limiting entry to those ST holders from the Liverpool City region ..( Liverpool , Sefton , Knowsley, Wirral and St Helens ) ..ie even if you held a ST in a town the same tier or better than Liverpool (2) then you couldn’t apply ..any similar scheme for us I feel should be opposed.. at worst a matching or tier below should be the criteria ..though this will add complications to ballot software as postcodes would need to match to changeable tiers as the season progressed ..fans attendance from other parts of the country is a difficult one ID I’ve mixed views , I’m not opposed full stop , but many may well be .. whilst for some clubs it’s an aide to prevent touting where large scale touting issues already exists it can complicate or lengthen the time required by fans entering the stadium (which is likely to be already lengthy ) making the measure counter productive , we've all witnessed the variable quality of fans searches.. there would of course be additional logistical costs to the club .. far better fans entrance means fans agree to a published and well publicised amended conditions of entry ..together with potential consequences of any breach ..ie removal from future ballots etc ..with a prompt appeals procedure its these issues and more why fans need a voice at the table .. rather than have well meaning but inappropriate measures thrust upon us that rather than provide confidence drive some fans away keep concerns and suggestions coming people

The club has all the details required to be able to contact, directly, all previous SC holders. That being the case I would suggest that they follow a series of steps to narrow down the "field" as it were:
Step 1: Decide if fans from outside SoT will be included** Step 2: Ask all eligible fans (based on Step 1) if they WANT to be included (fans can contact the club direct if they change their minds at any time) Step 3: Ballot those not excluded at Steps 1 and 2*
Step 4: Exclude fans who attend the first match until all other eligible fans have been to a game...rinse and repeat
*If the club want to 'nuance' this they could set up groups/bubbles of fans who all go together, or not at all.
Step 5: With fans going back into the ground, streaming will be an improved option (imho) so maybe the club can look at what Brentford appear to be doing and make it more accessible for those who still cannot attend.
**As Leicester is likely to still be in Tier 3 I accept that my name won't be in any ballot for some time...but would hope to be included once things ease

Exactly my point. What is the point of the 'council' asking those questions? When we may as well wait for the club to tell us direct. Complete waste of time... Looks like your being ignored on this one. Though I kinda see where your coming from. How difficult can it be. Season ticket ballet anyone in tier 2 ! . Last thing I want to see is some of the fat fecks who have season tickets next to me in a Tutu doing Swan Lake to win a ticket. Ballet a no no

Is there any feedback to these points - did the meeting take place even? - or do we have to wait for the minutes (which out of interest - did the ease of finding these ever get addressed?)
