That’s shite from Buttler..... He often fails to live up to the hype, he’s certainly not consistent enough to warrant changing pretty much the whole batting order just to open with him.

I feel for him. Out of form and no chance to find it. Funny when Hussain said “I’d have played Buttler and Bairstow” as soon as Roy was out😀 Well, he has got a chance now!

A rare occasion where Morgan is being 'out captained' here.

Never ceases to amaze me how we get ourselves into trouble against the left arm pie chuckers.

That’s another poor shot, from Malan.
Need snookers now.....

I get not playing Moeen, but not playing Root when he can bowl spin on such a slow track is baffling.....

Brilliant by Bairstow! Yet again Sam Curran has also showed that he is cricketer that makes things happen. 3 wickets and a 6 in the next to last over really took all the pressure off.

What brilliant entertainment. England play with such a swagger in white ball cricket.

Typical England 20/20 a great watch and the match hard to call until Bairstow blasts us to victory.

And cheers for the reminder I’d completely forgotten!!

Buttler, on the other hand, is. So, he should take first ball not Roy.

It's very odd watching Australia v India with thousands of screaming fans in the stadium, it's like I'm watching a replay from an existence I used to know.
In any case, the Aussies smashed India about and look likely to win, not that you can write off India of course.

Or maybe they are just the most lively! You’d imagine Australia have enough runs in the bank, but you never know. Anyway, a nice way to start a Sunday morning.

Yeah first thing I noticed was how many Indian fans were in there. Makes it better when England play right after as well 👍

Is there any chance of chucking the ball to Stokesy if one of our "main" bowlers is getting the treatment like Tom Curran the other night? It must be an option to consider even if it's just for one over.

It must be an option to consider even if it's just for one over. I don't see the point of Tom Curran, what was once his mystery slower ball now appears to be his stock ball which top class batsmen seem to read without breaking sweat (cue a 5 wicket haul) It would be better to play Moeen who gives us an extra spin option and the odd chance of a quick fire 30 runs and let Stokes bowl as you say.....

He's been better in fairness, I suppose it helped than in his second spell we had wickets on the board...... EDIT Maybe I spoke to soon

Good bowling from Archer, Rashid and Jordan there. Hoping Roy can find a bit of form now. Don’t think this chase is a forgone conclusion, looks very slow
