Bursik getting mixed reviews at Donny, mostly positive but some concerns "Bursik has made the same mistake he made at Blackburn, setting up half a stride too far to his right. Good free kick, but he invites the left foot to hit that spot by his position. www.skysports.com/football/doncaster-vs-crewe/report/430896This should have been sorted in training after the Blackburn goal. The first could have been stopped as well."

Young players make mistakes. Let's hope he learns from them and comes back to us ready to challenge for #1

Noticed Sorensen as been missing from matchday squad last couple of games for MK Dons. Started brightly apparently.
Injury?

If his coaching has taught him he will save more by being in that position that will be his fall back no matter what.

It would be amazing if he didn't make any mistakes (if indeed it is a mistake) Generally he has been getting positive reviews which is good. A small error for a goalie usually has greater consequences.

Ryan Malbon from the u18s came on and scored on debut for Hanley Town. He’s only 15/16 I think.

Wins (and clean sheets) for Bursik and Edwards Donny fans on Bursik after today's game which seems representative "Great shot stopper, reactions are sharp but as you say Filo he is not confident on crosses and corners. Needs to improve this aspect of his game because defenders need to have confidence in the man behind them. Uncertainty for them causes panic and ultimately will lead to conceding goals. Today Lincoln were poor in front of goal but most of the credit for that was due to our defensive organisation and our ‘shall not pass’ attitude. If Bursik does not improve his weakness on crosses, then i would like to see Jones get a run in the team. There is also a whole thread on how bad his kicking is.

Seems like it may be a hard season for him, at 20 that’s got to be a good thing really. He’s very young for a keeper and fighting for his spot can only improve him. Hopefully his presence on the pitch will improve as he gains more experience.

He certainly wasn't here As for the process...Woods was absolutely Rowett signing and nothing to do with any process Just a shit signing that would have occurred process or no process

So if anything the process whereby the club came to the conclusion he was overpriced was correct. The mistake was not following the process. This is a recurring theme whereby the recruitment chaps say one thing but the manager gets his way. In the past managers had a budget and it was more transparent who was responsible...i.e. the manager was.

I was looking for a Fleetwood review of Edward's performances but they dont seem to have an active forum, unless anyone knows of one?
Would be interesting to get a sense of his development there.

Interesting but irrelevant as long as MON is manager, Edwards will not be in the Stoke City squad. MON was clear that it was a make or break moment for Souttar and therefore he was not going on loan. That he led Edwards go having seen more of him seems a clear sign
