It came back for a split second then, the picture froze but I could still hear the commentary for the goal I like to support my club - don't mind it freezing 4 or 5 times in a game, but all I have been doing for 40 minutes is trying different browsers and I have seen about 2 mins of the game and missed both goals. Definitely, the last time I bother today

So now I listen to Nige but my boys watch ok in Australia & Germany but I'm in stoke and freezing and no sound and all sorts.

I've watched all the games so far and have used chrome to cast it to my tv and it's been perfect. The problem is most probably at your end rather than the club's fault so out of interest which ISP are you using and what speed is your connection ?

Been using Google Chrome tail end of last season and all this for official stream. Perfect every time. Radio Stoke commentry synchronised. Can't fault it.

I have paid for every match this season and not seen one full game.
There is nothing wrong with my internet or browser.
I have now given up and won’t be paying anymore

I use Firefox, a lot less shit attached to it. I subscribed to the official stream last season, but it wouldn't work on Firefox (my go-to browser) - had to use Chrome instead ... hmm!

I've had no problem whatsoever using Google chrome and have been really impressed with the quality. Just don't watch Soccer Saturday at the same cos there is a delay and goals come up on the TV screen before they happen on the stream. Quite comforting at the end of a tight game though! I did have problems purchasing the stream this week though as it took my money without updating the match centre. After a couple of hours I phoned the ticket office (luckily and unusually this week I bought it on Friday) and spent over an hour on the phone with a helpful bloke but even purchasing again didn't solve the problem. Someone was supposed to phone me back but didn't. Thinking I wouldn't be able to watch it I picked up my tablet on Saturday and lo and behold the stream was there so I can only guess the issue was resolved without them needing me to do anything. From now on I'll be buying when the ticket office is open.

No problems for me either. I've alternated between Chrome and Opera and the picture's been really good, no freezing or anything.

The only problems that I've had on Firefox have been at the ground - the malfunctioning replays at Luton and the missed red card at Barnsley - rather than with the stream. It's been surprisingly good.
